I ordered a camera on 10-3-17 paid $19.99 for 3-5 day shipping and won't get my order till 10-12-17.

I was pretty pleased with my experience and they shipped my order very quickly. I was kinda worried I was getting a scam camera (because of the good price) but once it arrived it was 100% genuine. I ordered one of the big T6i bundles, most of the stuff it came with was decent quality. Ofcourse all of the Canon products were good, but the smaller company add on products were sorta low quality. For example, my lens good doesn't actually mount the camera like a normal hood, it screws onto the lens like a filter would. So not exactly a bad thing just annoying. My only really complaint with the company is that I didn't get my lens cap holder. Granted, like I said earlier, I ordered a huge bundle and I could see how forgetting 1 string happens (Plus I wouldn't use it anyways honestly). I just got my package yesterday so I will update my review once I call them tomorrow.

I was a little leary of ordering from Fumfie. Online reviews were all over the board: some people had lousy experiences, and other people loved it. The bad experiences seemed to be older, and I figured if I ordered with Paypal I'd have their guarantee, so I pulled the trigger. I couldn't have been happier. The camera I ordered was a fantastic price, and I received it exactly as described within a week or so. I didn't get free two-day shipping or detailed tracking reports, but hey, I saved a couple hundred bucks over Amazon, so it was totally worth it. I'd order from Fumfie again in a heartbeat!

Bought the fuji T2 package and deal was supposed to include 2 batteries - was "up sold" an extra capacity battery. Was shipped a 126 battery not a 126S battery. Called and was immediately sent a replacement battery supposedly a 126S of normal capacity and was to receive a $40 credit due to not being extra capacity. Received another 126 (not the correct 126S) and no $40 credit. The 126 battery can be had online for about $6 but the 126S is about $50. Called twice more and finally was told they don't have 126S batteries. We settled on my receiving an $80 credit which I still have not received. Pricing was good IF I would have gotten the correct battery! And the salesperson should have been aware of the differences.

I was accidentally shipped two cameras at once, which turned out to be fortunate in that both cameras were missing things that were supposed to be included--sloppy!

More seriously, the first camera I opened was defective. It appeared that it had been bought by a previous customer and simply sold again, without a repair or inventory. Shady!

Otherwise, I am satisfied with Fumfie.com and adore my new Nikon CoolPix B700!

I ordered a combo with a generic charger and a Canon battery and grip. The price was great and it arrived quickly.

Except it wasn't the name brand battery and newer Canons require coded batteries to register battery strength, which makes generics more or less useless for real world shooting. I contacted Fumfie and it took more than a few days but they suggested a partial refund of $25 to make up for the mistake, which I agreed to (I needed the grip but the battery was going to be a useful spare).

Except they never refunded me. I emailed and they'd reply "we'll refund you right away" but no money ever came. This went on for many weeks. I finally gave up after at least a half dozen back and forths and filed a dispute with my credit card just within the cutoff—which got my refund eventually.

Simply put I will not buy from the again ever.

Amazing price, brilliant shopping experience

Easy to use with good results but you must follow instructions carefully.

The problem this company created with my order took at least a dozen phone calls to resolve and to date this has been the worst buying experience we have ever had.
