Fast and cheap
I found the Fujifilm Fujinon 18-135mm Lens that i was wanting to buy for my X-T10 on the Fumfie site for a much lower price than anywhere else. It came in a white box but was supposedly brand new. Honestly, I had never heard of Fumfie and didn't entirely trust it, the difference was too great. But I called the store and talking with the knowledgeable representative quickly changed my mind. I proceeded to order and the lens arrived within 2 days (i live close so your mileage may vary) and in perfect brand new condition.

Fumfie is a great site with a good selection of products and good customer service. The site while easy to navigate looks a little outdated but overall gets the job done. Their prices are very competitive and they even price match. Very good experience, no complaints here.

Delivery was rapid, some issues with smaller items but the Camera is excellent. A phone call with a representive was all it took to get the items I thought were included resolved.

Slow express shipping
I ordered on a Thursday and was told that i would have it by Wednesday the next week. I paid for express shipping. It did not happen. I was then told that i would get my express shipping charge refunded back to me. That also did not happen. Still not happy about that.

I was somewhat disappointed with the customer service after the purchase. I tried twice reaching out to customer support due to an issue that came up as soon as i tried setting up the camera. I never heard a thing from customer support. I had to figure the issue out on my own, which I did by referencing my older model camera.

I completely satisfied with fumfie sales and low prices... but not with customer service, I’ve waited almost like 30-45 min on call for 3 times to get agent, while it take only less than couple min when selecting sales agent on call
Btw, this is for my camera charger adopter, i’ve Purchased 5 year warrenty with $99 and unfortunately I heard that doesn’t apply for charger...
