BUY LOCALLY IN YOUR AREA!!!I SAT ON HOLD FOR 33 MINUTES TODAY DECEMBER 20TH TO GET THE SAME INFORMATION YOU JUST EMAILED ME. I SEE THE PACKAGE WAS SENT OUT YESTERDAY THE 19TH I CHECKED THE STATUS OF THE SHIPMENT AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON DEC 26TH NOT THE DEC 21 AS PROMISED.

I ORDERED THIS ITEM TWO WEEKS AGO. I RECIEVED THE ITEM LAST THURSDAY DECEMBER 13TH. I OPENED THE PACKAGE ON DECEMBER 14TH AND REALIZED I HAD BEEN SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM. THE OLUMPUS T-G5 BUNDLE IS WHAT I PURCHASED FOR 439.00 ,, THE CAMERA PACKAGE WITH OUT THE BUNDLE WAS 399.00 ,SO ON DEC 14TH I CALLED AND SAT ON HOLD FOR 26 MINUTES BEFORE I HAD TO LEAVE AND GO BACK TO WORK,THEN I CALLED AGAIN AFTER WORK ON DECEMBER 14TH, 4PM WEST COAST TIME AND SAT ON HOLD ANOTHER 40 MINUTES BEFORE I FIGURED OUT NO ONE WAS GOING TO HELP AND HUNG UP.
ON DEC 17TH I CALLED BACK AT 6 AM WEST COAST TIME TO SIT ON HOLD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ANOTHER 37 MINUTES BEFORE SPEAKING TO A REP. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND AFTER ANOTHER 17 MINUTES ,THIRSTEN I THINK HIS NAME WAS SAID HE FOUND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND IT WAS AN ERROR ON FUMFIE. HE SAID HE WAS TAKING CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND WOULD SHIP OUT THE REST OF THE MISSING ITEMS .
I ASKED HIM WHEN HE WAS GOING TO SHIP OUT, EXPLAINING TO HIM IT WAS A XMAS GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER AND I WAS LEAVING FRIDAY EVENING DEC 21ST TO SPEND XMAS WITH HER AND NEEDED TO HAVE IT TO TAKE WITH ME,,HE ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE HERE IN THREE DAYS FROM MONDAY WHICH WOULD BE DEC 20TH TODAY.
AFTER NEVER GETTING THE TRACKING NUMBER I HAD BEEN TRYING TO CALL BACK TO FIND OUT AND WOULD SIT ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES EACH TIME AND WAS UNABLE TO CONNECT UNTIL TODAY DEC 20TH. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP FOUND MY ORDER AND GAVE ME THE TRACKING NUMBER AND I ASKED HIM WHEN DID IT GO OUT AND HE SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE THAT INFORMATION.
I HUNG UP AND TRACKED THE PACKAGE AND FED EX SHOWS DELIVERY FOR DEC 26TH !!!!!!!!!! W-T-F IS THAT? I WILL NOT BE HERE TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!!

I WAS SKEPTICAL OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FUMFIE.COM FROM DAY ONE, BUT YOUR SITE SEEM TO HAVE THE BUNDLE WITH LOTS OF ACCESSORIES AND IT WAS IN STOCK WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. I COULD OF GOTTEN THE CAMERA AT A LOCAL COMPANY HERE IN ANAHEIM CALIFORNIA FOR 389.00 BUT THEY DID NOT OFFER ALL THE ACCESSORIES SO I MADE THE PURCHASE WITH FUMFIE AND NOW I'M GETTING SCREWED !

VERY DISAPPOINTED

They don’t sell what they have on line.
When tried to contact the seller did not give me answer the first time.
They suposed to call me with answers and never call back.
And the end they said we don’t have the item you have to wait for it. Or buy something else.

They offered a $20 coupon that was accepted at checkout but then disappeared in the final transaction. I emailed customer support and they told me to call the sales department. Calked sales and they were going to fix the mistake. Never heard back from them. I would not trust them in the future.

Update. A few weeks after writing this review, I was credited $20 in my Pay Pal account. No explanation.

I had a small issue checking out on the website. When I called in, Peter (x1312) was able to help me right away. They have the best prices and do what it takes to make the customer happy.

Great experience in shopping quick shipping and packaged well

I bought a Canon EOS 1300D/T6 camera (Body Only). After I submitted the credit card info, I received an email to ask me to call for confirming the order. The call was quick and I did not feel much sales pressure. I then received the camera promptly. It is brand new as advertised with Canon's warranty document.

Did not have the product that I purchased and quickly refunded my money.
