Rhiannon E was able to troubleshoot my issue of a missing product from an order without much info from me, being away from my computer at the time. Was very responsive and efficient, very pleasant.

I recently moved states and had to trouble shoot information online. The support made quick updates and we had everything transferred lickity split. That's low key The Flash vibes for the Padawan's.

I really like the idea that if there is a misunderstanding about an order made by phone, that a recording of the call can be readily accessed to determine the accuracy of the order fill.
Curtis was more than willing to listen to a recording a previous order and make an adjustment/change to the billing. That's the kind of help that's good to see.

Flawless and Fast

Bron was professional, clear and helpful. He helped me correct a mistake I had made and then he followed thru in a timely way that opened the way for everything to work out in the best way.

I ordered a supplement during their Labor Day promotion which was on Backorder. Two weeks later, I contacted customer service and was assured that the product would ship by the end of the month. Without any reason, they then cancelled my order and tried reselling me the exact same product at a higher price. This is an intentional bait and switch to get me to place and order, then charge a higher price. Take your business to an honest, more transparent retailer.

Rhiannon answered my question quickly and really appreciated the knowledge he had to do so.
