As soon as I reached out and shared the details, their team responded immediately and took care of it without any hassle. They sent a replacement right away and were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process.
It is rare to find a company that stands behind their customers the way Fullscript does. Their level of service truly sets the standard. They are the epitome of excellent customer service, and I will absolutely continue to order from them with full confidence.

I've been ordering from Emerson for…
I've been ordering from Emerson for years and have always found the staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Just recently I sent them an order and received my order number. I then realized I had forgotten 1 item and quickly emailed them requesting to add it on to my previous order. They informed me that it had already been sent to the warehouse. They also issued me a shipping credit for the one item. Kudos and lots of appreciation

I love your products, but...
I love your products, but my issue is this: you charged my account for an auto ship order. The order was not delivered. When I researched it, the tracking said it could not be delivered. But there was no heads-up from Fullscript to me about the fact it was suspended. I would have been much more amenable to the delay had you sent a message when you knew there was an issue instead of me having to do the research. Also, where is the "contact us" click on your website? ~ annoyed
