I have been with Emerson & Natural Partners for over 20 years. They have merged together to become Fullscript. The only reason they only got 4 stars is there was a product they didn't have that I needed. AND the person who helped me, walked me through how to get a "new product request" They will for sure get 5 stars if we can make this happen. I really love only having to go to one place to order all that I need. Thank you!

We have been purchasing from Emerson Ecologics for several years and never have any complaints. The products are of high quality, the shipping (even the non expedited shipping) is fast and usually arrives in 1-3 days, and the customer service is amazing. Bron assisted us on a call the other day and he went above and beyond to make certain that all our questions were answered. Very satisfied with his top notch level of customer service.

Hailey was helpful to answer my questions as quickly and thoroughly as possible, and resolved my problem quickly as well.

Bron was very efficient and helpful with my enquiries, the call was answered very quickly so not much waiting time. I was very satisfied with the way everything was handled.

She was efficient, however, did not repeat back to me what the order was, as is usually done. One could have a number off on the item, and not know there was a mistake in the order. It helps to have the person repeat what the actual item is back to me.

I wrote a review earlier in the year acknowledging Fullscript's great array of products while lamenting their poor choice of shipping company.
I always qualify for free shipping but quickly learned that that means the slowest possible shipping option (DHL) so that my first shipment (of temperature-sensitive products in the summer) took almost two weeks to arrive.
I learned my lesson & next order paid the expedited shipping fee. Again, Fullscript used DHL, whose tracking leaves much to be desired; that order took a week to arrive.
I placed another order a few days ago, again paying for "fast" shipping. And, again, this order is coming via DHL & may be here in about a week. I can't tell on DHL's tracking app where my order is, but I do know that I literally could drive to their warehouse in Phoenix, & back, in two days.
Fullscript seems like a good company, offering good products & decent customer service. I cannot understand why they won't hook up with a faster, far more reliable shipping company. I think their customers deserve that, especially given the nature & sensitivity of the products they sell.
