What a nice bunch of people there at fuel lagoon.
Made contact after purchasing our new campervan from Milldown Campers and they supplied us with a blackout cover for the front screen of the van and side doors when we purchased it. However on our first trip out it was very cold on our second day so we decided to purchase the insulated window covers which where an 8 window package. They arrived very quickly and fitted very well, so if you need a set for your Toyota Velfire, we would recommend them. Thanks again Beth

Perfect fit and looks great
The website has a very easy to navigate system which allowed me to choose the right screen wrap for my van. Purchase and delivery were very easy and quick.
The screen warp is a perfect fit for my Swift Monza (Torneo Custom) and looks great as well as blacking out all the front windows.
Quality of the product seems great so far, time will tell that it holds up to the elements of the great British weather.

Very helpful and friendly to deal with. Our window covers arrived very promptly and fit the van perfectly and the build quality is superb. The added surprise of two teeny tiny quarter light covers not mentioned on the website (I think) make me giggle every time I put them on. Sooo much easier than trying to cover up the windows with makeshift curtains and clothes pegs.

Disappointed
Disappointed. Asked for a screencover to fit van but they supplied one that doesn't fit well and can offer me nothing but to return it at my own expense. Customer contact is good but on the whole not good and could only resolve with a return, couldn't even offer something to get it restitched so it would fit

Hi, I am really surprised to see you have left us a 1* review, its really disappointing considering this is not an issue of our company at all and is very unfair. You ordered a screen cover tailored to fit a Renault Master. The vehicle you have is a motorhome based on a Renault Master. While our screen covers do fit on most motorhome's, your particular motorhome models overhang sits too low so the cover cant reach over the area it does on the usual standard Masters therefore it doesn't reach over completely as it should. What is interesting to us is that we actually offered you to return the screen cover for a refund as you said it didn't fit but instead you have kept the item??? And still think it's fair to leave us a review. You said you wanted to keep the item and have a refund as well? But if the item didn't fit why would you want to keep it? It was not a fault of the product itself just the fact your motorhome effected the fit of the cover. I will try to attach the photos that you sent of this so we can show whomever will be reading this review so they can see themselves there is no issue with the product but how it fits on your motorhome variation.
I hope you will take the time to consider how fair this review is and change it.
You paid £85 for this product, we can't make you a customised item especially for your unique vehicle for this price as it takes hours for our team to design a whole new cover (hence us offering to refund you)

Excellent screen cover
We order a screen cover and it was delivered really quickly which was a pleasant surprise. Perfect fit in the van ad work really well. It packs up very small too and was a reasonable price. Overall an excellent product and great service

The windscreen cover arrived quickly and fitted fine but the second time we used it, it started tearing!!!

You emailed us on a Saturday, as a family run business we sadly do not work over the weekend so you have not given us a chance to respond to your message a look into this properly before deciding to leave a 1* review which is very unfair. As you will see from all our other reviews our screen covers are made to a high standard, we use good quality fabric and make them here in the UK. So if your screen cover has ripped, this is a very rare case and something we would have been happy to look into and help you with the issue. Please consider giving companies a chance to redeem any issue before going straight to leave a negative review which can be very damaging to businesses. This review is not a real representation of our business at all.
