Hi Daryl, It's a shame to see you felt the need to leave us a 1* review. In your initial email you said to us "We wish to return it for a refund"
From the photo you sent, the screen cover did not look to be faulty, however we were more than happy for you to return it for a refund as you requested.
We messaged you back to say to return it for a refund.
Instead, you have decided to keep the item and leave us a 1* review.
It is a standard procedure with most companies that if you are unhappy with an item and wish for a refund, you do have to return the item in order to get a refund.
Unfortunately reviews like this can be really damaging to small family run businesses like ourselves. We do hope you will reconsider your review.
Or alternatively if you do feel your item doesn't fit, instead of keeping it anyway, you could return it to us, that way you will receive your refund.

Vivaro screen cover
This is the second screen cover I have purchased from Fuel Lagoon, the previous being for a Doblo. I found just like my first purchase, the quality and fit of the product was excellent for such an amazing price, honestly you couldn't buy the materials yourself for what they charge. Also the service and delivery was very prompt, I received my cover the very next day. All in all I'm very pleased and would recommend them to anyone, well done Fuel Lagoon!

Item is exactly what we wanted but…
Item is exactly what we wanted but packaging was awful, just shoved in a black bag with holes in it and no inner bag to protect them. I would have expected better for the price

Hi Emma, thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that the thermal blinds were exactly what you wanted, although we’re sorry to hear that the packaging arrived in poor condition.
As a small family-run business, we’re always conscious of both keeping our prices as competitive as possible and reducing unnecessary packaging for environmental reasons. Our thermal blinds don’t require padding or a box, so we carefully and securely package them in protective mailing bags before they leave us. We would never knowingly send an order out in a bag with holes or damaged packaging.
Unfortunately, once a parcel has left our hands, we have no control over how it is handled during transit, and it sounds as though the packaging may have been damaged along the way.
We’re always happy to take feedback on board, so if you have any suggestions as to how you feel the blinds could be packaged differently while still keeping packaging to a minimum, we’d genuinely be grateful to hear them.
We’re glad the blinds themselves were exactly what you were looking for, and we hope you get plenty of use from them.

Ahh its a shame our delivery company let us down here so we didn't get the extra 1* to make it 5* I am pleased to hear you felt we handled the issue well and you received a replacement in a quick turnaround time! Shame about DPD letting us down there!
