Our recent experience with WIGWAM has been nothing but positive.
From our first visit with Jack to our last dealing with Alex who dealt with the sale process, we had an extremely good experience.
As we no longer live in the area, Wigwam took over the whole process from viewings to completion.
And kept us updated on all interested parties and any progress with them .
I feel that we couldn’t have found a better agent to assist the selling of this property.
Thanks to the whole team, especially Alex for her attentiveness and understanding.
Our journey started in June 2025 and ended at the and of January 2026
I am very satisfied with the whole journey and the service provided by all involved.

Excellent service throughout selling my property, was completely kept upto date on all the progress all the way through, & a big massive thank you to Claire who I dealt with on a one to one basis, extremely satisfied & have no hesitation on highly recommending this estate agents.

We had put in an offer on a house in November2024 the offer had been accepted then 4 days later after we returned home early from a wedding to sort out the mortgage etc the home owner who turned out to be the director/owner of wigwam homes withdrew the acceptance because he had received a cash offer.

Did not care about the money we had already paid out for mortgage brokers or surveys which we had to then spend hours trying to get back to add insult to injury he did not even have the minerals to call us himself he got one of his minions to do it.

Feel sorry for the people who work under this person doing his dirty work as I'm sure they do the best job they can whilst working for this money grabbing tyrant.

If you choose this company remember the money is all that matters not morals principles or customer service. would recommend anyone who is thinking about using this company to buy or sell a home to run a mile.

Great service eventhough we found it a bit difficult because the property was unregistered and few missunderstanding between solicitors Becky was always there to help and resolve the problem .

Rebecca at Wigwam Homes went above and beyond on the sale of my mums property nothing was to.much trouble always kept me informed and guided me in the right direction! Would recommend to anyone selling there property Thankyou again

I put an offer in on a property and was out bid whitch is fair then wigwam Hull contacted me again a few months later regarding said property and asked if my offer remains I said yes they said great send details in which I did. Wigwam rings me again stating someone has put a higher bid in so I was out the picture again. I don't mind being out bid what I do mind is you wasting my time and money please get your ducks in a row then act.

I decided to use wigwam as they seemed to be a professional company with positive reviews, however i found that in my experience i was not receiving the experience with the promise they made or what others thought of them, maybe a one off, however this has delayed me and caused me alot of inconvenience. Communication was terrible, I did accepted an offer, i then inputted an offer on a house i wanted, 7 dayds later i was informed by the agent that the lady who wanted to buy my house wasn’t in a position to make the offer resulting in the offer been withdrawn and my offer also, I am no expert but all the checks should have been carried out before she made the offer, The agent started talking BS when I challenged her on this, and tried to confuse me with this that and the other and tied herself in knots, but i saw right through it all, there was also an abundance of Sunday viewings with the viewers not turning up? It all started to smell a bit fishy and I started to lose the trust in the agent. I felt she was playing games,not been honest, and not been proactive. I had a feeling she just didn’t care, like it was a problem to her ? I personally will not recommend, i am sure there is excellent staff at wigwam but this agent wasnt one of them unfortunately…..

I was a tenant with Wigwam Homes for just over 11 years and would always recommend them highly to anyone looking to rent. Properties are of a high standard they respond quickly to any repairs and are very prompt with their annual gas checks etc. David and the team are professional, friendly and most of all care about their tenants.

Highly recommend- they are very knowledgeable and open when it comes to giving advice.

Amazing service by wigwam. We do not have a bad word to say about this company, they went above and beyond for us and always answered any questions we had during the sale of our house. We had very poor communication from our solicitor and James at wigwam would always do the best he could to get us answers so we knew what was going on. From start to finish James and the team have been amazing and we cannot recommend them enough.
