Frontier windows services were exceptional . The salesman along with the surveyor , fitters all were very professional and the job was carried out without hassle. The installers were friendly , explained everything properly in detail and were professional on that they were prepared with dust sheets & cleaned after themselves exceptionally well , you couldn't even tell that we had work done which was great. The gentleman hoovered after and ensured they disposed of any materials no longer needed so the process was made very easy for us. The windows are beautiful and we have already received many compliments , i would recommend them 100%.

I was happy the way we communicated always they called me for an updates.

Chap called Vik come out about 4 weeks ago to give me a quote on my windows and doors. Ran through the product with me and suggested some different choices to match my needs but overall picked the Chartwell Green pvc windows. Lead time was better than a lot of companies I went to and price was relatively fair so I went ahead with them. Survey process was smooth and just had them finish the job. Adam came round to take some pictures which I agreed to and made sure I was happy with the job before collecting the remaining balance. Can’t fault the fitters they were tidy and quick and done a fantastic job. Placed an order for my conservatory now to match the windows and hope all goes well but I’m sure it will be good.

Had Adam come round to give us a quotation on my new windows and doors, Adam was lovely, pleasant and understanding to our needs. Explained the whole process as it was our first time changing windows.
Quote was really competitive and signed up with Frontier Windows on the day.
Had the surveyor over two days later who went into detail about our windows.
4 weeks later, they have now been installed. The fitters were second to none! Came in the morning, got strayght to work; cleaned up after themselves and were done by the day end.
I know this might be a long review, but I thought it’s best to help a family run business who provide impeccable service.
Could not fault them one bit. Would recommend.

Got my new windows and doors fitted over the weekend, Frontier were amazing from start to finish. They managed to put me on a express fit following the concerns I raised. Fitters were good, tidy, and managed to get the job done quickly. I was kept well informed throughout the process and honestly, could not recommend this company enough!
