Avoid Frontier Windows – Poor Quality, Communication & Customer Service
If you're considering Frontier Windows, think twice. We had several window replacement companies quote for our project, and unfortunately, choosing Frontier Windows was a mistake. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and stressful.

Poor Communication & Customer Service
From the start, communication was a major issue. After installation, they agreed that I could withhold £50 until a wrong window handle was replaced, promising to rectify it the following week. However, weeks went by with no follow-up or response. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, messages were either ignored or left on read with no reply.

Substandard Installation & Poor Workmanship
Window & Door Fitting Below Standard – The quality of the installation is far from professional. Handles are uneven, and one window came with the wrong handle entirely.
Serious Issues Left Unnoticed – A builder who was at my home for an unrelated job discovered packing materials hanging out from under two windowsills and four windows that had not been sealed, allowing water and cold air to seep in.
Front Door Draft Issue – The front door has a terrible draft, making our hallway constantly cold. After raising concerns about this, the second installer actually made it worse instead of fixing it.
Ignored for Two Months – Then Harassed for Payment
After chasing the company for two months with no response, one of the original installers finally returned to fix the outstanding issues. However, within 30 seconds of the work being completed, a salesperson was knocking on my door demanding the £50. This was immediately followed by three text messages asking for the payment. While I fully expected to pay for the job, this sudden urgency to collect money—after being ignored for two months—perfectly reflects the unprofessional nature of the company.

I strongly advise against using Frontier Windows. They are unprofessional, their work lacks quality, and once they have your money, good luck getting them to fix anything. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that values its customers.

Vic was very helpful from the beginning and at each stage of the process - doing the quote, explaining the window designs and clearing all doubts. His team did a professional job completing the work in time with a great finish. Would definitely recommend .

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent work performed by Frontier Windows. The installation of our new doors and windows was a complete disaster.

Not only was the installation work shoddy, but the crew also caused significant damage to our property. A drainpipe was broken and the walls were marred with unsightly scuff marks. To add insult to injury, they left the entire house covered in dust and debris, demonstrating a complete disregard for cleanliness.

To top it all off, the order for the doors was incorrect, causing further delays and inconvenience.

I strongly advise anyone considering Frontier Windows to think twice. Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

The experience from start to finish has been good, customer service in resolving issues has been great, the windows look amazing. The doors are our favourite. Everything is how we would have liked and the price was better than most

With so many glazing companies to choose from and the vast price ranges for what appears to be the same product becomes a daunting experience to make an informed choice, in terms of quality and budget.
Frontier Windows ticked these boxes
and our slider sash windows have really added charm to our Edwardian terraced home in SW17. A big shout of appreciation to Noor and his hardworking diligent installation team. 👏

Awais, from Frontier windows made a first excellent impression, as within two hours from the time I made my very initial query by phone on their services and prices, he came to my house, with samples and elaborately explained their windows fitting service, finances options, customers's after care, warranty and quoted me a price which was more realistic and affordable compared to the company's competitors. He also promptly answered all my questions, and he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, coupled with a satisfactory deliverance and clarity about the windows installation task timeline. I am glad I have engaged with Frontier Windows in fitting my new windows, and I plan to do so again, when fitting double glazed windows for my future property conversion. Frontier Windows provided excellent customer service, their attention to detail and finishing was very pleasing. I was even more impressed by their punctuality, they promised me a date of when my door and windows would be installed and they delivered their promise. I’ve had bad experiences with other companies but Frontier Windows helped me create a house that looks aesthetically pleasing.

Installation was completed on time and tidied up after themselves.
Salesman who came around was pleasant and really catered to our needs. The new door and windows look absolutely amazing.
