Lovely lamps, and faster delivery than expected

I bought this expensive throw which was "hand woven in Nepal"
When it arrived there was no label or info of provenance.
This throw looked cheap and was overpriced.

Great company, no problems. Would use again

Avoid this vendor - complete scam.

Hi these lights are not good for outside as rain gets inside , the look good in sunny weather , won’t purchase again

I ordered a lamp for my son’s birthday. It arrived promptly but I realised it was the wrong one (it was an astronaut but the one I got was a standing astronaut and the one I ordered was a sitting one so easy mistake to make). I contacted Frisson Home and was worried when I hadn’t heard back, however, their email had gone to my junk folder and I missed it. They asked for a photo to validate the mistake and upon receiving it apologised for the mistake and offered to refund me half of the cost of the lamp if I wanted to keep the design I’d been sent. I was happy with this and in addition I received a discount of a future purchase. I was actually impressed at the service I received.

Very impressed with this company. There was a problem with their suppliers due to Brexit but Frisson informed me of the problem straight away offering me either a full refund or a part refund and discount off next purchase if we decided to wait. We chose to wait until it could be delivered. So glad we did. The mirror is perfect and my daughter loves it.

I was a little worried after seeing some of the reviews but I am very happy with my item. I received it after 9 days of ordering it. It came via Royal mail. The tracking information only worked on the day it was arriving but apart from that I can't complain. My item looks like the picture on the website.

Total fraud. I have written several emails asking for the return label to send back a ‘cotton throw’ that I had bought from the website. Instead they keep writing back about an ‘office chair’, asking me to send photos and videos of a product that was not even ordered or delivered. After going round in circles, they have retreated to total silence - no email response and the mobile number for support is a giffgaff voicemail. No one ever picks the phone. Total scam!
I would ask everyone to use the Citizens Advice consumer helpline: 0808 223 1133 to lodge a formal complaint to protect U.K consumers.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering... chased up dispatch of my item with no response and have now emailed again to request a refund given I need the light as soon as possible.

We purchased two lights from this company which took over 3 months to be delivered. When they arrived they were the wrong size as the description was in cm when in fact they had been measured in inches, therefore they were too long. No instructions were provided and they were completely unfit for purpose! After numerous emails we have been promised a refund if we return the items and pay for postage ourselves, however, after promising to send us a return address there has been no further correspondence from them!! Poor quality goods and in our opinion a company not to be trusted!

Awful service. I ordered some garden chairs as per their web site. I received after a couple of weeks delay - spare parts only. I have now had a conversation over 22 emails where they have refused to refund, only offered future discounts, will not pay for postage or packing or even provide a return address. Every email has contradicted the previous one. The WORST service I’ve EVER had to date. I will try snd return items but am in doubt that I will ever see a refund. Neither customer service phone or e-mail work.I begin to wonder if company exists.This is terribly upsetting as i am a disabled person on a tiny income and if the money is lost I will be devestated.
