Ordered lamp 21/9/21. passed delivery due date and not received. IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT BY ANY METHOD KNOWN TO MAN OR WOMAN. Got to be a scam. DO NOT DEAL!!!

Dear Frisson, you are capable of flagging negative reviews but not willing to reply to your customers.

Do the right thing and supply the goods people have paid for and stick to your return policy.

We ordered the item on 09/09/2021. It’s now, 13/10/2021 and the item has not been received.

I’ve contacted Frissonhome well over 15 times now for a refund and haven’t received any response, not even a holding email stating my correspondence has been received.

How is a company like this allowed to operate? I’ve read through the other reviews and it’s bleak. Do not order from them. They’ll keep your cash and not provide your item.

Please take my word for this when I say avoid like the plague! Literally the worst level of customer service I have EVER received from a company. Made the mistake of ordering from this 'company' on Monday 26/09/21 and still no response confirming where my order is or any update on its progress. I have sent 5 emails to which I've not received a single reply or even acknowledgement of receipt. Messenger chat states it's open 9-5pm and they're always 'away' or 'offline'. Honestly, please do not make the same mistake as I did and steer well clear of this joke of a company. Sure it must be a scam and really don't believe the positive reviews are reliable after the experience I'm having. As stated on here they respond to less than 5% of their negative reviews.... need I say anymore. I have requested a full refund and again I am yet to receive any confirmation of this. Let's see 8f they can be bothered to reply to this and resolve my issue eh??

I have asked for a refund as they still haven't turned up 6 weeks after they should .

Frisson don't have a telephone number I can call and they are ignoring my emails .

The pampas was exactly as shown in their pictures online. They look great in a vase. They are fantastic quality also.

I bought a dressing table from this company. It arrived and it was horrible quality- the pieces didn't fit well together, there were chips in the wood and it was flimsy. I wrote them asking to send it back on September 9th. Within one minute someone replied to my email asking for pictures, which I sent, and since then nobody has responded to multiple requests to continue the conversation. I tried calling the number on their website, but it just goes to a GiffGaff voicemail and I've chatted them via FB messenger, but both times they have just said they are busy and someone will get to me soon. One month on I decided to just sell the item for half price to someone else and I'm left so annoyed. Do your homework and don't purchase from Chinese shell companies online.

I was about to place an order, but, having read some of the reviews here I thought I would do a bit more digging first. The UK address is a brand new building of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments, not offices. I also tried to use the web chat facility a couple of times but each time they were offline. I therefore decided that although I really wanted to place an order, I could not take a chance having been caught out earlier in the year with a garden furniture company that turned out to be a scam. But as they say, if it seems too good to be true it probably is.

No communication.

We are still waiting on an expected delivery date two weeks after ordering.

The messenger chat in never active and emails are ignored. It’s starting to look like a scam company. Very stressful when trying to run a project.

I would recommend avoiding

The seller did not ship on the date provided and an updated was not provided. Was unable to get through over phone and eventually had to request a refund, as no updates on the order was provided.

My parcel never came and I could not get in contact with them. Please stay away from this company.

17/10: I am still waiting to return item. I have not had any response on my e-mails or contact.
30/09: I wrote am still awaiting respond so I can return item.

23. Sep. 2021 update: I finally received my parcel but I cannot return as no one is responding when you contact them

Product was just what I wanted. Delivered within the stated time. No problems at all. I would recommend Frissonhome to friends and family.

Bought this for my besties birthday and she loved it . Need to order well in advance as it took a while to come but we’ll worth the wait. Came in a gift box and was packed with tissue very well to avoid braking.

I purchased an freestanding storage mirror. It arrived on time and I’m really pleased with it and feel that it was excellent value as I have seen several others that are considerably more expensive but not as good. Thanks

Been waiting well over a month for some pampas grass. The website says delivery takes 3-7 business days -clearly this isn't true
Delivery is from China and all the tracking is in Chinese so it is difficult to work out where it is or when (if ever) it will actually turn up. Wasteful to ship this kind of product across the globe when it grows locally - as a London based company why source it from China?

I placed an order two months ago and I have still not received my order. Having tried to contact the business multiple times I am still waiting for a response. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Ordered some dried flowers and was so disappointed with the quality. Extremely cheap looking, evidently a business which buys very cheap goods and sells at over-inflated prices.
