Efficient service, great surroundings, quality food and courteous staff

The team were really helpful when booking in the event, and patient when we made last minute changes.

Staff on the day were also great, quick to send technicians when we had issues setting up the conference call. The space was really nice and well located. Cannot fault the service we received!

I think in the summer months, it would be good to have air conditioning already switched on in the room for arrival. It was a particularly, and unseasonal hot day.

Brilliant venue and extremely helpful staff. Very supportive and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every member of the Friends House team was friendly and approachable. The venue itself is extremely convenient and is beautiful! I can't wait to come back again!

The service given by Friends House staff was courteous, helpful and efficient.
The rooms and surroundings were well set up and a pleasant mix of the new and the old.

Lovely venue with a helpful team on site for a smooth event. Catering is delicious and ethical too. AV facilities are brilliant.

The entire team were incredibly helpful throughout the process from start to finish. Everything was appropriately and considerately catered for and we would definitely look to hold future events with them.

Nothing was too much trouble for them from start to finish. Lionel was very patient with us, we asked for so many tours of the venue.

On the day of our AGM, the staff ensured we were ok. Everything was set up as we had asked and there was little for us to do apart from putting up a few banners and our own signs. Being able to deliver some of our branded items the day before was really helpful.

The staff who greeted us at reception were very helpful. The IT representative Pei was extra helpful and efficient when we needed him. Thank you.
