Great Experience
The service was great from the welcome arrival and during the day. The room was perfect. The food was nice and teas and coffees available all day. We will definitely use this venue again.

Nice meeting space for a small group meeting
Well organised, nice meeting room for our small group meeting - natural light and a good screen in the room, good value for a London venue. Used the on-site cafe rather than have catering, which gave flexibility and was easy.

Our audio-visual equipment wasn't…
Our audio-visual equipment wasn't working well the last time. We want to have the equipment tested first before our next event as well as test the speed of the internet. We will be requesting to use the big screen instead of the projector for our presentation.

Great location close to Euston mainline…
Great location close to Euston mainline station, lots of options for different size rooms for multiple uses. The staff at Friends House we amazing and couldn't do enough for us to make our event a success. Would recommend to anyone looking to host an event.

Friends House also provides excellent…
Friends House also provides excellent service for meetings and events. The team are always extremely helpful both leading up to and during. The location is also excellent and they are very reasonably priced. It is also nice to give something back to a social enterprise rather than a big corporate.

A great venue
The Friends House provided the perfect venue for our meeting for 17 people - easy access from Euston and other stations, a friendly welcome, outside balcony space for lunch on a sunny day and help on hand if needed. Sandwich lunch was simple and just right for what was required.

The venue suited our needs very well.
The staff on the day were very helpful with technology, and requested information given. Lionel was also helpful in the run up to the event.
The tea and coffee was delayed a couple of times which was less helpful.

Well organised
Well organised, everything ran smoothly. The only slight criticism is that there were quite a few vegan wraps and we didn't have any vegans so not many were eaten. Maybe more veggie and meat/fish would have been better for our group. Other than that it was great

Smoother experience with our event this time
Smoother experience with our event organiser looking after us this time around. Room temperature was an issue with no remote control available unless requested - worth checking/advising as part of the induction. This was sorted once reported at the break. Also usual experience with the cold corridors going to the toilets.

Very good meeting space
Once again, we had a good experience at Friends House.
This time we used the Sarah Fell Room on the first floor. One of our attendees is a wheelchair user, but the excellent wheelchair lift (which converts from a sturdy staircase) made his experience a very good one. Thanks to Christian for explaining how to use it!
FH staff were, as always, very helpful and I've only dropped one star because of the slight disruption to the meeting due to the noise when setting out the refreshments on the mezzanine level.
I realise that this is an open area within the meeting space, but I think that more gentle handling of the glass bottles and china cups would help, as would the provision of soft cloths or mats on the rather resonant servery tables on this level.
Otherwise it was a great space in which to meet.
