The exhibition itself is very good but its very small, be prepared to be in and out in under an hour. Not necessarily value for money. The gift shop is expensive and a bottle of water is £3.50

Convenient for Kings Cross and Euston stations, the venue has a range of good airy rooms. The staff are without exception friendly, helpful and kind. The refreshments are quite expensive that the room hire is reasonable so it balances out. Also, there is a nice cafe/restaurant on the ground floor.

This is not the first time we have enjoyed hosting a meeting at Friends House. On every occasion the experience has been excellent from booking to delivery. No dietary requirement was an issue for the catering team which was an immense help when planning.

The staff are wonderful, the venue is light and pleasant and perfectly located outside Euston station. The catering is delicious. What more could you ask for?!

Friends House is such a great venue! We were all impressed - the event organisers and the delegates. The Sarah Fell is a bright airy room which was the perfect size for us. The coffee kept flowing throughout the day, as did the great quality refreshment and food. We will be back.

Excellent place in London to have a meeting. light lunch very good and the receptionists couldn’t be more helpful.

It was another brilliant experience with the Friend's House Team. Everything went like clockwork, from initial booking to delivery of the event, and the new hot grazing menu was really well received by all attendees.

Friend's House are always very easy to work and their staff very professionally and efficient. I look forward to hosting events here in the future.

Location was brilliant, the brightness of the rooms were refreshing. The 1st day venue was better, with the seed kitchen as a breakout room, but we managed on the second day. Booking was easy and communication was good.

Good booking experience, the process could be simplified, maybe combine some of the forms, speed up authorisation etc. but Gloria was great

On the day, staff were excellent, everything was ready as requested, room layout and facilities were as requested. Breakfast pastries were a bit disappointing, small, stale and unappetising

We'd definitely use Friends House again for any London meetings. The only thing that stopped the 5* review was the pastries and slightly complicated booking procedure.

The service on site is excellent and the rooms ideal for our purpose.

Friends House is everything we want in a venue. Friendly, well organised, efficient, perfectly situated next to Euston Station and has the most wonderful staff on hand from start to finish.
