What a great service
What a great service! I feel very well looked after as a tenant. The property is extremely well managed and whenever any small issue does arise the speed of response is great, which is good news for me and good news for the landlord to know that his property is being cared for.
I would recommend this company without reservation.

Fresh move is the best
Fresh move is the best. Fiona and James give me lots of support. I am a university student in Exeter and it's my first time rent a house. I will definitely recommend to all my friends. The best agent ever. Maintenance could be done very effectively!

Fiona and The Team at Freshmove in Torquay did a superb job of letting our property on the Torbay Road. We live some distance away but could totally relax in the knowledge that our house was being properly cared for, nothing was too much trouble. I heartily recommend.

An Excellent Property Management Company
An Excellent Property Management Company. We have used them to manage our properties over the last year and they have proved to be very efficient, reliable and offer a great service.

Competitively priced and good tenants but admin lets them down
A competitively priced letting agent but you have to be on your toes. The last twelve months hasn't been plain sailing with administration errors that could be costly. The tenants they find are very good.
