I m very happy with company

Very helpful clear and precise with all my questions and quickly got recovery sorted

Freeway were the best quote I got, completed everything I had to do all by SMS.

The worst ever company to deal with daylight rubbers made me cancel my cover because they dont cover the council am with but still charged me administration fees when its their fault not mine RUBBERS, stay away zero star cost me £200 for 3days RUBBERS

I sadly had to make a claim on my policy today and was a bit anxious as I have had no accidents in the last 30 years.
Jess at freeway was just wonderful and took me through it step by step in a very calming manner.
I couldn't fault the way she handled my claim so it's 5 stars from me.

Anyone deciding to buy from Freeway don't your 100% better off shopping elsewhere as you can see from the prices I've paid over the years they don't value loyal customers, prices kept rising year on year even without me making no claims and build over 9 years no claims bonuses , after they quoted me £1,759.20 in 2025 I decided to shop around and got much better cheaper Insurance costing £1,150 from riviera insurance that's over £600 cheaper, AVOID FREEWAY ROBBING THIEF'S

One of unprofessional people also its like the scams I got quoted different in one day but when ready to pay it was £900 extra from original quote one profile and 3 different quote in 1 hour also they deleted the first link but they don’t have have their email for quotes not professional so not recommended also be careful you all
