very very expensive insurance company for the new private hire driver of 9 Seaters i have 16 years of NCB of my private car first time i tried to get taxi insurance but they give me £8000 pounds insurance prices absolutely sham full they think taxi driver have no any other expense just earn and pay to insurance

Unfair charges charged.
It was absolute rubbish experience with Freeway. They have charged me 1 week of insurance around £300. Actually I had a policy with them, and I had to change the car. But then I realised it is far expensive when I looked online. Asked them to cancel the policy which was amended and they deducted around £300
Policy I used was only a week.
Do not recommend it to anyone.. Stay away from them.

used a full-year taxi insurance policy through Freeway Insurance and had a smooth experience throughout. Their quote was more affordable compared to other companies at the time, and their customer service was always responsive and helpful. Thank you for everything I’ll definitely use them again if I need insurance in the future.
