I just wish I had read the reviews before I got involved with this company 😡 They take advantage of honest people who agree for them to claim money back in my case from HMRC on a no win no fee and they would do everything 😂 absolute lie They start by asking for more information which you don’t have they then hound you to ring Financial Companies for more details you cannot get this is when they send out scaremongering demand letters for not cooperating After hours on the phone at my own cost and trying my very best to get the information needed by them they then increase their demands and use the reason non payment of first demand which was for non cooperation This was because HMRC had changed procedures and won’t deal with a third party not my fault but of course they then use the “You signed the agreement “ It’s all about scamming money I ended up paying £72 only because my husband had enough of me worrying and making myself ill so he negotiated that if they closed account we would pay first demand. I urge anyone to STAY AWAY from Fredrick Edwards they are not nice people .

This company is a scam company who are nothing short of extortionate. They promise HRMC money back for tax, get nothing then sue you for hundreds. A disgraceful excuse for a company purporting to try and help you

DO NOT PAY THESE CHARLATANS! They took me to court for non payment of their bogus services only for the judge to throw the case out. Justice is served, Fredrick Edwards!

this company COLD CALLED ME iam a oap they said NO FEES TO PAY it was during me having to shield because i suffer with COPD no problem mr horne will try and recover some tax, i have little money, are you sure no fees, yes mr horne. this scamming company are taking me to court, they keep adding charges, i cant let this company carry on doing this

avoid this company like the plague, your not safe from charges even when your deceased, no remorse just add late payment charges when you cant provide the information they require which should be done by them. no win no fee what a joke wish i had read the reviews before i paid my late fathers fee, you dont get reviews like this by doing a good job, all you get is we have done nothing wrong you have a contract with us even when your deceased, its not the money its the principal and how they sucker you in and wont let go until you pay up to avoid further fees, im sure martin lewis would love to do a review on this disgraceful company, will look forward to the usual sarcastic reply from the review specialist they have working for them .( oh no not another factually incorrect review)

If I could I would give them no stars very unprofessional company that just bullying, they ill advised me and said i lied about my case, which I never did I asked them for recording of our telephone conversations because I know exactly what I said when I gave the information. They gave me a bill for cancelling my case even though they cancelled it not me on a no win no fee. I have repeatedly emailed them with no response other than them saying they not playing ping pog over email.

Whatever you do..do not use this company they are a fraudulent company who say they will provide you a service for reclaiming you PPi tax back and phone you up telling you that you need to phone the HMRC and claim you signed up with another company which they say is in their t's &C's and then use a recovery company called judges demand threatening that they are taking you to court to freeze your assets and put ccj's on your record unless you pay. They starting trying to charge me £29 because they say I signed up with a 2nd company and now it's gone up ton£209.97 for admin charges. I phoned the HMRC and they told me this company are not FCA registered and did not submit the ppi documentation after asking for it twice and then they try to charge you through threats from a recovery company called judges demand. Fraudulent stay away if you are of right mind. I'm reporting them to the legal ombudsman to stop other people from suffering the same fate

Just got a bill from Judges Demand saying we owe £250 to this company we signed up last year on a no win no fee basis they have not contacted us at all, have tried there email that doesn’t work and wait on the phone that nobody picks up. Stay away go to a professional company. My point is you say you sent emails texts I have checked her phone and found none of these so why do you advertise NO WIN NO FEE and charge £250 for doing absolutely nothing?

Just had an invoice for £72 for a cancelled claim. There is a reason why this company has one Star and has many complaints. Comes across as a no win no fee business and it’s not.

Please don’t do business with this company.

I was told I had to contact the Tax office for information for my claim, I tried on a number of occasions but couldn’t get through because I couldn’t provide this information they cancelled my claim and are charging me and now taking me to court for the sum of £459.65
I have a family and Temp full time I’ve also helped my mum who is battling cancer I had an operation on my foot yesterday and am off work and if I don’t work I don’t get paid
So it seems I will have to borrow this
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I didn’t answer my phone for 2 months because I moved address you had an incorrect number for me and my Hotmail got hacked it was me that connected you after I picked up mail from my old address

Yes I did agree to contact the tax office but could never get through during my lunch break and as I already stated my mum had cancer so she was my priority not calling the Tax Office

As stated previously I was taking care of my mother she was more important than responding to you lot at that time
My mother is 80 years old and had an hysterectomy as well as undergoing radiotherapy and then chemotherapy
I still had to work and take care of my own family

Terrible experience. Was called while on holiday and asked about marriage tax credit. I gave them the information they requested to the best of my ability. 14 months later was sent an email to say request denied and needed ro pay £70 which I refused. I've now had to settle for £210. These are hard times and to get stung like this hurts. I can't say if I signed anything but certainly wasn't informed of having to pay for a service.

We have been emailed a letter from solicitors saying we didn't pay our bill but being as we have never signed any paperwork I don't know why we received a bill anyway

Having taken over a matter on behalf of a distressed family member, the matter was reviewed and taken over by Alex Howden. Mr Howden was 100% professional and more over human. He resolved the issue at hand admirably, to which all parties involved were then satisfied with the outcome.

You cannot say I'm wasting tax papers money as I work and pay tax you have no right to say that you just don't like it because you are trying to get money out of me that you hav8 paid to me so that us why I'm not paying

Please stay away from this company as they are not helpful. They will say you owe them money and they will say all details are correct. PLEASE DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

I will pay, after delaying for as long as possible, the £108 they claim we owe them for providing 'incorrect information', but only so that we don't incur further fees. My previous review here was removed, no doubt at the insistence of this disgusting scam outfit, so I will reiterate that if anyone from this company ever rings you, tell them to 'go away', using whatever form or words suit you best. Yes, I will pay, to save my family further expense,but as a published writer with many social media followers, I will make sure as many people as possible know the nature of this organisation. How do their employees sleep at night?

Thankyou for reply but you know full well when you have been contacting me I have been at work & why should I get the information for you as you are supposed to da everything that's why you take the fee. Judges demand got in touch for a payment not to help me & yes my data has been shared and I will be going straight to the ombudsman & I don't want to be contacted by conning merchants so please stay away from this company

Appalling company to deal with. All started to claim back tax a couple of years ago, to which I received about £40 so wasn't worth the time anyway. They contacted me to do another tax return so I advised to go ahead, they then started to request P60's etc that i was unable to get my hands on. Then they decided that because i couldn't get my p60 from the year they requested that they would send me a bill for £72.00 so i made a complaint, this obviously come back in their favour as it was always going to as they just try to get money out of people for no reason. They have now decided I owe them over £100. So i am referring this to the ombudsman - I can see there are lots of bad reviews on here so my advice to everyone is to take them to the ombudsman, they will have a charge from the ombudsman for every complaint they receive. i will continue to leave this review everywhere i can so that people have the right info before ever deciding to use your company.

further to your reply, i am a customer, which im sure you're aware of, as ive had the same issue with you that the majority of your reviews state. i have sent the proof to trustpilot anyway.

Crazy how trustpilot have verified my review now after showing them proof. Just proves to everyone who reads this that you’re not trustworthy what so ever.
