We came in for flooring for our first home and Steve and Beth were amazing! Found what we wanted straight away and we were on our way. Highly recommend!

We went to Franks to purchase carpets for a range of rooms in the house. Steve was extremely helpful and offered a range of advice with regards to carpets that would work in each area. Steve offered a great price and we were extremely satisfied with the service.

Highly recommend Franks. The service we received from the Portrack Lane branch was prompt, efficient and the staff were really friendly.
We had a slight problem with our first vinyl fitting to the kitchen, Franks listened to our concerns and rectified things really quickly and we are over the moon with our new floor!

Awful company don't even respond to complaints. Sent absolute cowboys to install laminated flooring. Who left big saw blades hidden under boxes for my 4 year old to pick up. That's on top of the shoddy job they did laying the floor. Small Claims Court seeing as they don't respond to complaints.

Really disappointed with our carpet installation today. We were happy with the service in store but we have had the fitter in and he has taken the paint off our wardrobes and skirting, despite us advising him it was newly decorated. That could be slightly forgiven if it wasn’t for the poor quality of the carpet fit itself. We can see the carpet move up and down. You can push the carpet down and see there’s a gap between the carpet and the underlay, it’s not tight enough across the room. They were in and out, clearly eager to rush through the job. I will be calling the store to request that this is rectified when they open tomorrow.

Over the past 6 months we have replaced the flooring in our whole house. This is by far the best flooring shop in the Cleveland are, always treated in a friendly, professional manner. Great service and great prices.
