Unreliable delivery & non-responsive customer service.
Phoned and ordered Friday, who confirmed delivery would be the following Thursday. Unfortunately 1 day before delivery we were notified delivery would be delayed by 1 week. We specifically chose Frankly as they confirmed delivery for when I’d booked time off work.
I emailed to state this wasn’t acceptable and require resolution, still no response. I then called and spoke to Tyler who wasn’t apologetic nor did he sound at all interested in our complaint which I requested to be escalated. Still no call back or response.

Second Order Placed Absolutely Fantastic
We ordered our ground floor flooring from Frankly in June for our new build, 18 packs of Karndean Van Gogh Washed Grey Ash rigid core, and Tyler handled it brilliantly from start to finish.
The colour we originally wanted was out of stock, so he checked alternatives, got a sample out quickly and put together a quote with a discount on it. He sorted a card payment link without any fuss and booked delivery around our completion date so it arrived when we actually had keys. Millie was equally helpful with the tracking side.
The floor looks fantastic laid across the whole ground floor. I've just placed a repeat order for another pack and it was every bit as easy second time round.
Good prices, real people answering emails and proper customer service. Happy to recommend.

sent me 4 pack of lvt that looked like…
sent me 4 pack of lvt that looked like they had been in storage for month
tapped up with gaffer tape
when questioned about this they blamed the courier
this is untrue as the tape had been on the boxes for a long time ( the glue had dried out)
no reply from them would not recomend

all i have said is true
i dealt with frankly flooring and recived dammaged goods from frankly flooring where you get the goods from is not down to me

We're sorry you're disappointed with your order.
Having reviewed the correspondence, the final email sent by our sales team was your order confirmation on 28/07/26, detailing your order and confirming the purchase. Following this, we didn't receive any further communication from you regarding the concerns raised in your review.
We also contacted our courier, who confirmed that, although not ideal, the boxes had opened slightly during transit due to movement and were re-secured with tape by the driver to protect the contents and allow the delivery to be completed.
It's also worth clarifying that we do not hold this LVT in stock. Each order is placed directly with the manufacturer specifically for the customer, so it would not have been sitting in storage for months as suggested.
We always investigate concerns raised by our customers and base our responses on the information available. In this case, neither our order records nor the courier's investigation support the claims made in your review.

Easy sale online. Was contacted the same day via email to let me know delivery date. Today the flooring was delivered on the date promised.
The delivery driver rang my number and explained he couldn't fit van down the street and then proceeded to walk the flooring 150m down the awkward street.
Fantastic above and beyond service.

Was to receive my flooring today, and have not received it. This has put my customer out with no flooring and job will no longer be able to be done this weekend
