Don’t waste your money
Ordered 3 frames which never arrived. Contacted company twice and was told they were lost in transit. They were never dispatched. Etsy refunded money. Total joke of a company.

Do not get sucked in by their website. It all looked professional and legit. I wish I had read other reviews. I ordered 5 frames and one arrived damaged. They only provide an email for customer care, and they do not reply. I am now out of pocket with a damaged frame. I am reporting them to trading standards as a rogue company. Please don’t buy from them, go elsewhere.
Great for the price
For the price - incredibly happy. Would note that there is a bit of a lead-time on delivery and limited communication during that time (I followed up asking for an update on delivery given the delay and did not receive a response). You can tell production of the mounts was a little sloppy but for our purposes, this was not an issue.
I never received the item
Broken item & no refund
The frame arrived broken in multiple places and of a poor quality. Have sent email after email, which continue to be ignored. No phone number so can’t ring anyone so now I’m stuck with a broken frame and I’m out of pocket as I can’t get a replacement or refund and no one I can claim through as I bought direct through them. Really unhappy and it seems this is a common trend looking at reviews. Very disappointed and gutted.

Do not order from this seller before reading the reviews. I was sent the wrong frame, it was also damaged and poorly made. I tried to contact them several times but had no response. I had to bring up a case with PayPal to get a refund.

The frame I bought was such poor quality it arrived broken, you could tell how flimsy the material was and there were massive gaps in the corners. Contacted the company several times to ask for a refund and have not heard back. No telephone number to call customer service. Can only conclude that they are scammers. They sell crap and then give no way of getting a refund.

On the 5th of June I ordered a frame for an important birthday, It was to arrive no later than the 12th of June. On the 13th I chased the company as it did not arrive. They sent me a message mentioning they were experiencing technical issues and asked me to wait two more days. As this was for an important Birthday present, I messaged them again asking for an update in case I had to find an alternative in time for the birthday. No one ever replied to my messages after that. It arrived on the 19th of June and it has the wrong mount colour. I have contacted them again via the chat and website asking for the correct mount and no one is replying to any of my messages. I have the frame at home waiting for this company (FramesPlus - Gladstone Wiz) to get back to me with either a refund or information about when the correct mount will be dispatched.
They also offer a 10% discount on the 1st order which I requested via their website and I never received an answer nor the discount.
I then went to find the company on Companies House website and after my bad experience I was not surprise to find the information I found.
The funniest of all is that I received two different emails to review my shopping experience before I had even received the parcel.
It has been a disappointing and stressing shopping experience I do not wish to anybody.

Great price, great product, great service. I came straight back and bought an identical frame, and will use FramesPlus as my default from now on.
Very poor service when things go wrong
Frame failed to arrive as they failed to enter full address on delivery label. Since then, I have been constantly chasing for either the package or refund. Information received on the 15.02.23 was that the parcel could be with me in 3-4 working days. On the 20.02.23, I contacted the company again for a tracking number, so I could track it (tracking number failed). I contacted them again on 21.02.23, only to be told now that they were having problem purchasing a delivery label. I question how long this is going to take now

Good value, good frames
Frameplus delivered as expected. I had to wait due to extreme weather but frameplus emailed to explain this and to ask if I was ok to wait or if I wanted to cancel.

I like the enormous range of frames available on FramePlus.
Each described and photographed which makes choosing the exact frame, with or without mount, for my requirement.
I particularly liked the clear explanation of both the frame size and the size of picture that would be suitable.
I also found the prices to be very reasonable.
Delivery forecast to the precise day and all completed within 4 days from placing and paying for order on FramePlus website.
I would have no hesitation to recommend FramePlus and purchase more from them, which I have been looking to do so today.
I received my ordered frame yesterday
I received my ordered frame yesterday, it’s arrived damaged, gutted as it’s part of a gift. Having tried to contact Framesplus via their Live Chat I’ve had no reply. I chose to email but have had no reply to this, they don’t supply a contact telephone number so it’s really not great. I would recommend you look elsewhere for frames. Not good customer service

Why leave a reply asking for an order ID, which I stated I didn’t get an email confirmation so won’t have, I have also emailed the email address provided twice with no response?! Your reply is useless, please contact me to either return my money or send the products I paid for!
