Wrong frame delivered
Tried to contact frames plus via email web chat and contact us page on website with no response to any communication
Very poor customer service

Good quality frame at reasonable price.
No issues with the delivery. I’ll definitely use them again.

They ignored all emails about issues with my order. Avoid them. Bad quality product and terrible services

Overall the frames I purchased are good value but I wouldn’t use Framesplus again or recommend them. The item turned up damaged and it was not damaged in transit because it was packed well and no marks on the box so they’ve knowingly sent it damaged. They’ve used delaying tactics in responding to me, said they have sent a replacement which hasn’t arrived and now aren’t responding to my messages so buy from this company at own risk and don’t expect any resolution to fault or damaged items.

Excellent quality and value for money. massive range to choose from. I had to contact the business direct for a query and they could not be more helpful. First class

Item received damaged. No response to email sent. PayPal have opened a case.

My frame arrived damaged, most likely during transit so it's not necessarily the seller's fault. The frame itself does seem of good quality. I promptly sent pictures of it to FramesPlus just to know they were out of business until Mid January 2023, a 2 month break!

Now I have yet to receive any response from them of any sort...

Moral of the story I'm left with a decent frame which is too bent to be used

Great choice of frames, affordable prices!

1 star for early despatch / delivery. I received a larger sized frame than ordered so emailed FramesPlus. Waited and waited, and still waiting. They asked me to review the product - I said I might be more inclined when they got back to me about wrong size received. Still no reply. Now asked to review the company - so this is it. Customer services non existent. Pity.

The frames are reasonably priced, made really well and arrived on time

I read previous reviews so was a bit sceptical. But the frame I bought was in great condition and delivered quickly. Great value for frame and postage. I'll use them again.

Ordered a frame 2 weeks ago, haven't received it yet and there is no way I can contact the company. Don't use this company, I think it's a fraud and will report it.

The frame back is too big for the frame. And so the frame has a crack in two places and is not likely to last very long.

Great selection and sizes. I bought the perfect size frame for the poster I had. Very well packaged. I’m sure I’ll use them again

The frames are okay, they do the job, the right size for the pictures ive got. Although I ordered the same frame, 2 slightly different sized frames came. Can't really complain because they were cheap. The paper wrapping is coming off in the corners. As I said, cheap and cheerful, you can't really expect anything more/less for £7.50 each.

Item arrived damaged. Returned it. Emailed 3 timed asking for a refund. No response from company

Excellent, securely packaged and item just as described.

The frames were advertised as 40cm but are in fact 43cm. I needed them to be exact. I have tried several times to contact Frames plus to return but they don't answer emails etc. So stuck with unwanted frames. 😡 shame as don't like giving negative feedback.
