Appalling service
Appalling service. Ordered 6 frames and have not received anything. You cannot call as there is no telephone number. The online chat does not respond and they do not respond to emails. When I check the tracking they state that the order has been fulfilled, but it has most definitely not. BEWARE. DO NOT USE.

Damaged frame, no response to email
My frame has a huge scratch on it. There online chat function is never replied to and I haven't heard back from my email. Looking at other reviews it seems like this is common. Definitely do not recommend

AVOID. SCAM
Ordered and paid for 4 frames. Only 2 were delivered and they were both damaged. Many emails, used their chat, called and no response. Shocking service. AVOID!
Looking on Companies House records, this company was dissolved in Jan 24.

They did not deliver my order to me
They did not deliver my order to me. I tried to contact many times via their customer service on website but no reply. I contacted them via Etsy and was told they could not locate my order. I had to contact my credit card company to stop the payment and get refund. It’s terrible experience and I would not recommend.

Never received my frames and got in contact with them, but no reply .
I've tracked them through evri and they haven't even received them .

Scam Site
Placed order on 8/5, received a Evri tracking number and a promised delivery date of the 14-16/5 on the 9/5. However Evri have never received the shipment and FramesPlus don't respond to emails. Charge Backs have now been raised.
