Awful communication. Wanted to put a lot of business through them but they wouldn’t reply to emails or messages posted on their website. Will have to find an alternative to supply 1000 frames. Crazy business!
I note the company appears to have gone from under.

Terrible communication, in fact zero communication! Sent in 2 batches with no explanation so when first half received had no idea if the second half would arrive. Wrong colour frame sent, emailed with photos requesting change and never heard back. Was also unhappy with damage to most of them, the inserts didn’t fit and nearly all were coming apart at the corners. Emailed several times and never got a reply. Contacted my bank who have raised a dispute and this company have had the cheek to disagree despite never once coming back to me. Only emails ever received have been the constant nagging for reviews! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Not sure if they have gone rouge as they seem to have some ok reviews.

The shipping policy stated they offer various but on my order the button to sign up for 10% off did not work nor did shipping show.

I contacted them prior to my order via chat. No response.
Used the contact form after… no response.
Emailed then them the day after … no response this was yesterday so they may reply today?

The order is showing sent with a very slow delivery date yet the tracking shows as not recognised so I have a feeling the no response is likely due to no goods arriving.

Very slick process & excellent service

I ordered a frame and I was waiting and waiting and waiting. So I wanted to cancel it and ask for money. I sent 3 emails - no response. No phone number. After 2 weeks I received a notification from the delivery company about the package. I could not collect it because the company didn’t provide my details (name, address etc) So it has been returned to the company. No money back, no answers on my emails. I lost money.

The frame plus is also on Amazon and have good reviews. I don’t understand it at all.

I have never received the item or a refund as requested.This order was placed in October 2024.
I will never use this company again as this is the third time I have tried to get this matter resolved

we needed a nice frame for a special diamond wedding framing and this was ideal plus good product at very good price and great service = very happy customers!

Very happy with the frames and will order more from this company.

Order was due for delivery in July but has still not been dispatched. There has been no correspondence from the seller and they haven’t responded to emails requesting an update, so really not great.

Absolute trash !
Cheap rubbish, waste of money. Not hanging on my wall !!!°
