The non-glare acrylic panels I bought from Frame It Easy were perfect for self-framing some prints, and they were the cheapest I'd found anywhere! Shipping wasn't fast, but everything arrived in the stated timeframe and in great condition, carefully packaged.

I purchased a custom frame and was excited because the process was so simple. But the frame arrived poorly constructed and the corners of the black frame do not line up and you see the unpainted wood. It's clearly visible from a distance and looks terrible. It just looks cheap and rushed. For almost $100 I expected a bit more. I understand that mistakes happen. I'm giving 1 star because I've reached out to customer service 3 times and have gotten no response. I just want to send it back and get refunded for their error.

Great selection of frames, mats, etc custom cut to any size you want. Made of good materials and assembled well. Online ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Price was reasonable. These guys are on my go-to list,

The customer service was excellent here. After looking into a couple of framing places at Michael’s and online I decided to give Frame it easy a try. I got my frame very quickly and it was easy to assemble. Unfortunately I was missing some of the secure tabs on the frame and I reached out to customer service. They sent me a replacement right away. I will definitely be getting all my frames from them in the future!

I needed a custom frame for a laminated 8x10 photo, whose dimensions in its sleeve were a non-standard 8 1/4 x 10 3/8. I found FrameItEasy doing a web search, and since their price was significantly less than taking it to Hobby Lobby or Michael's, I decided to give them a try. The ordering process was simple, and the frame arrived in less than 10 days, exactly as ordered. Installation was simple, and I would have no hesitation ordering from them again.

We are first time customers of Frame It Easy... and are extremely pleased with them. We had an 8 x 24 inch special photo and needed a custom metal frame with a black mat border. They came through with exactly what we specified. We could not be happier. Great company!

First time using an online framing service, for an irregular sized painting. About 1/4 the cost of getting it done at a framing shop. Easy to order and the frame arrived in perfect condition within a few days. Great quality metal frame. Fit the painting exactly. I appreciated the inclusion of all necessary hardware to hang the picture up. I’d certainly use them again!

Beautiful frame and mat with prepared and delivered to my exact specifications. Much better pricing than places like Michael's. Assembly instructions were very easy to follow.

I needed to cancel (logistical issue on my end) and it was extremely convenient for me. Hard to find convenience with cancellations sometimes.

It was easy and the website let's you choose a lot of details. You can have your image printed and added by them, or just have a frame made. The price was good. It was fast and expertly packaged to ship. The final product is beautiful! Never going to a chain craft store for framing again.

I've ordered from here 3 times. The last time, the shipping took 1 day longer than stated but that is literally the 1 thing I can think of to complain about.
Being able to support a business in the USA and ordering frames to a custom size is amazing. And the way they package the frames is unbeatable in my opinion.

$40 mistake.

Frames arrives incorrectly sized, with a poorly cut mat and made out of cheap pressboard. It made remade frames at Michael's look high quality, plus they're cheaper, and they'll actually cut the mat properly.

I went back and forth with a passive aggressive customer service and finally had to mail back two awful frames on my own dime to the tune of $40.

Friendly customer service and the frame color was accurate. That said, I would not order from them again. Their website gives specific details on how to measure, so I did, twice. Even on the inside of the frame they printed the actual measurement I requested. The problem, the frame they sent is a quarter inch larger. Why let me measure to 1/16 of an inch for a custom order then mess it up. The website says there will be 1/4" overlap and I accounted for this. It does not say that 1/4" will be added to your measurements. In addition, even a small (less than 7x9) frame came with wire for hanging. The wire was frayed and there is no way I would give that to an older person or child. I had to remove it. There is also no 'traditional' frame stand on the back to allow the photo to sit on a table. What the frame does come with are several cleaning cloths and a hanger/nail which I don't need or want. Just the frame, cut to my measurements, for a fair price. I have pictures to support the initial 3-star review. Minus one additional star for filtering feedback on their site, making it harder for customers to make an informed decision on their products.

Frame was rushed. They called me an idiot because they provide a warning that the corners are sharp. Poor quality as I have a similar frame from elsewhere that has finished ends. Beware if you need to mount this low where children can touch it. Instead of asking for pictures of the shoddy work, they told me about the warning they included..... No sympathy from them!

I've purchased custom made frames from Frame It Easy for years now. Most recently, I had to cancel an order I had already placed with them. They did it without trying to twist my arm into leaving the order as it was (compare canvaschamps.com).

Their communications have been excellent, and they take the time to explain the different options.

Frameiteasy.com is a great choice for those who do not want to spend the time, money, and effort selecting frames to match a picture.
