As we started in the email we sent, apologising about having to cancel your order, we sometimes have issues that mean orders cannot be fulfilled on time. Although we hate to let customers down by cancelling orders, sometimes it cannot be avoided. We have no ETA for the items and were therefore unable to offer you a reasonable timeframe to wait. I am sorry you were unhappy about us refunding you in full, but please be advised that we never keep customer's money for orders we cannot immediately fulfill.

Awful customer service! Promised a refund but never received…
I ordered a couple of items from Frabco which arrived quickly and as ordered but I believed that there was free delivery on orders over £10. However I was charged for premium delivery which made the items extremely expensive. Frabco offered to refund me £5 as a gesture of goodwill but I never received the £5 and my emails were ignored. Don’t offer something and then not carry it through! So awful customer service and hence the 2 star review.

Orders that meet a minimun value do have the option of free delivery, this needs to be selected, by customers, at checkout. The premium delivery option is the default, as we know customers love to receive orders on the Next day, guaranteed, delivery service.
Our logs indicate that you accepted the next day, guaranteed delivery option and the total was shown at checkout. We delivered your item on time and by next day delivery, as requested.
