Hi Chris!

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the experience you’ve had.

You placed your order on July 4th, and it’s now over a month later with no delivery—that’s simply not acceptable. I also understand how frustrating it must have been to be told twice that the item would be back in stock and shipping soon, only to receive no follow-up.

To make things worse, receiving a promotional email on August 5th saying we were “back in stock and ready to ship in 3 days” while your own order remained unfulfilled must have felt incredibly disappointing. You're absolutely right to be frustrated.

This is not the level of service we strive for, and I want to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your order has now been cancelled as requested, and if you haven’t already received a refund, it should be processed shortly.
