Sometimes we do have to cancel orders in certain circumstances. We are sorry that the item you ordered was not in stock. You were not charged and an email was sent informing you of the cancellation.

I haven't received my order or any email to when I will be getting it. I know I ordered over Christmas but a message would be nice

I note you ordered this on Dec 28th and selected No Rush shipping. We have checked our system and can see the shipping confirmation with tracking number was sent to your email su************@xxxmail.com on 28/12/2022. Perhaps your mail filtered the email from us?
