Im giving you a 2 star because i have not yet received my product it seems and your asking me to review my experience. Either it needs to be a 1 star as i paid for something i didnt receive, or its going to arrive at which point the score could go up, depending on the condition of it..

Hi Bob,
Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry your order hasn’t reached you. It was dispatched on 28th September, but the courier was unable to complete delivery and the parcel has since been returned to us. A full refund has been arranged, so you won’t be out of pocket.
I’m also sorry the review invitation reached you before the order had been resolved. That’s something we’ll look into.
If you’d still like the product, please reorder and add a note asking for Royal Mail delivery. That way, if you’re out, you can collect it from your local Post Office.
Please get in touch with us at sales@fpeseals.com if we can help further in any way.
Prompt service
