I asked twice if they deliver parcels to Ukraine. They confirmed twice that they do. But when the goods were in Singapore, they said they could not deliver them to Ukraine. I had to deliver them to Poland to another intermediary, pay him extra money for sending them to Ukraine, and also fill out customs paperwork. I do not recommend this service to anyone!

I bought a boots to be shipped to Japan and the shipping cost turns out to be SG$216, which is extremely expensive. and i know there must be cheaper options. I sent a reply regarding this matter and got no replies so far about solutions. So in the end i still may have to pay for the most ridiculous amount of shipping cost i have ever experienced.

Fast but expensive

Overall a good experience. Once they got my package, they shipped it really fast, it actually arrived a few days earlier than it estimated. Customer support will always get back to your questions if you email them, but when they’re available to reapond to emails could be made clearer. For instance, after sending an email you should receive an automated “You have emailed us outside business hours, we operate during 7:00am-2:00pm in our time zone. We will get to you ASAP”. For our benefit they could also send a copy of their receipts for when they buy an item for us. Finally, the shipping cost was pretty expensive. I had about a $300 order and shipping was almost an additional $150. That’s probably not something totally in their control, it’s the decision of FedEx or whatever shipping company they use, but it’s an important disclaimer to add. The shipping weight was almost 7x the actual weight of the items I bought, but I don’t know how that worked out. Maybe there’s some minimum weight an item must be. Use their shipping cost calculator, it is pretty accurate. Ultimately, I got my item and they responded to my emails so I’m satisfied.

Used this company a few months back and had a great experience. I was shipping odiferous materials and most other companies were either trying to charge me a premium or were claiming couriers would not handle the package. Forward buy shipped my goods with no issues and my items reached me in perfect condition.. I will be using them again this week. One thing I would say is I would prefer if they used DHL to ship my items this time as FedEx run a bad service here in the UK. My items moved quickly through the network in India (Thanks FedEx India) but when it got to the UK it took them ten days to deliver and they kept lying about missed deliveries. Apart from that my experience with ForwardBuy was top notch! Thanks guys!!

Forwardbuy is trustworthy. I’m from the U.S. :) I used Google lens/images to search for an item I really wanted that was no longer manufactured from hello kitty. I ended up finding one left available on a Singaporean app called Carousell. The seller was difficult when I tried to ask her if she sell it to me through other methods. Carousell mainly sells with meet up only method.. which is bummer if you don’t live in that country. I even offered her extra money and she ignored me sadly! However, I was adamant about getting the bag, I did some googling, and discovered forwardbuy. It looks professional and honest so I tried it out for myself given my situation.

Their website explains the options they give you well. Forwardbuy is able to purchase the item for you with ‘shop for me option’. Be mindful if you are overseas the time difference. They will reply during Singapore working hours. I was patient and noticed this! Forwardbuy replied to all my emails throughout the buying process and shipping. This was the fastest shipping ever too honestly. My hello kitty bag arrived in 2 days after getting shipment confirmation. Not sure if it was because I only had one item but I was impressed and happy with how useful this service was for me. Also happy I found a seller who had the bag with authentic tags on it and for bargain price of only 25 usd. :)

they were able to get my difficult seller to respond swiftly in 1 day after contacting her with price agreement and arrangement to pick the item up after 1-2 days. Everything went smooth and couldn’t believe how easy everything was once I got one of their personal shoppers involved in the process. They dealed with a diffcult seller. But communication needs improvement. They do not give status or updates fast.
