It is a great learning experience with Fortress learning. Jane is a fabulous TAE trainer and assessor. She is very friendly and approachable. Her suggestions and recommendations greatly improved my understanding of the RPL assessment requirements, especially for the evidence. that is the reason why I can complete my RPL process quickly for my qualification. Thanks!

Registration was a breeze, Instructors were keen, approachable, and respectful. Assessments were processed quickly, and feedback was well targeted.

I did self-guided study at home. All the information was up online and easy to understand. The trainers were accessible, responsive and easy to contact. There was a quick turnaround time on assessment marking. My trainer, Richard, was encouraging, understanding and helpful.

The UI was very clean and easy to follow.
Content was relevant and didn't seem to drag-out / difficult to complete.

The learning was self paced which eliminated time pressure. The support from Fortress was easy to access and provided in a timely and helpful manner.
Assessment instructions were clear, easy to follow and the examples provided with the material were very helpful.
Assessments were reviewed in a timely manner, all within the timeframes committed to by Fortress.

The TAE cert iv certainly isn’t an easy course to complete. I had to learn a whole new language and although I was expecting to be taught how to teach, it’s nothing like that - more like learning how best to support our students and to present the information to them in a way they can understand. The support provided by Fortress was really good - I chose the middle package as a safety net just in case I needed it. Initially my trainer was Brian, an awesome mentor, huge experience and very helpful. He left last year, and my new mentor was Richard - again fabulous support, almost always available relatively quickly and able to point me in the right direction. Marking turnaround was typically 1-2 days - shorter than the advertised time too which also helped.

I have no hesitation in recommending Fortress Learning to anyone looking to further their VET journey.
