Fortress made my study experience so smooth and easy

It was great. Online learning that is challenging however you learn how to problem solve within the Training and Facilitator role. Learning the skills and knowledge required to work for a RTO and how to conduct training in a organised manner.

Great organisation to do the TAE with, Debbie and Richard were a great support. All the materials were very current and suitable for the course and self-paced provided enough support and guidance to complete on my own.

The professionalism of the staff was excellent. All queries were swiftly dealt with. The material in general was engaging and kept me motivated.

Good communicative staff, well laid out course. Course has too much volume but that is due to Gov (over) requirements.

Completing the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment was an incredibly rewarding experience. I thoroughly enjoyed diving into the principles of adult learning and competency-based training, especially the opportunity to design and deliver sessions that were both engaging and practical. The course gave me the tools to tailor learning to diverse cohorts, apply formative assessment strategies, and foster psychologically safe environments—skills I now use confidently in my workplace training. I found the mix of theory and hands-on application particularly valuable, as it allowed me to immediately implement what I was learning in real-world scenarios.
One of the highlights for me was developing validated assessment tools and mapping evidence to performance criteria. The emphasis on moderation, validation, and continuous improvement aligned perfectly with my professional values. I appreciated the collaborative nature of the course, where sharing feedback and reflecting on practice were encouraged throughout. Overall, the TAE40122 has strengthened my ability to support learners, uphold compliance, and contribute meaningfully to workplace development. It’s a qualification I’m proud to hold, and one that’s already making a tangible impact in my training and assessment practice.

Great support and quick responses.

Excellent facilitator in Richard, who was clear in his instruction and always available either in person, via email or video call to clarify questions, give encouragement and provide feedback on progress, making the whole process a lot less daunting and allowing learners to lean into their strengths

The whole Fortress Learning team were fantastic from start to finish, allowing for flexibility in progressing throughout the units whilst providing excellent readable learning materials.
