Syed Ahmed was a lovely shop assistant. He was very helpful in helping me to decide which phone case would be best for me. Definitely recommend shopping here as they have a lot of variety and great customer service 👍🏼

Feels dodgy.
Feels dodgy.
They don’t seem to have genuine items for sale. I got a set of Samsung earphones that didn’t work on one side. They argued on my return policy. Saying it works fine after checking on their end. Offered me a replacement but I had lost faith and had to keep asking for my refund till they reluctantly gave it.
And then the sales guy insulted me verbally making implications that I was Indian. !!?!?
Not at all professional.

Do not go to Fone World in Westfield…
Do not go to Fone World in Westfield Shepards Bush. My phone is completely ruined. For starters, if they say they can do a job in 30 mins, you better have about 2-3 hours. Also, once they take in the phone, you have no guarantees. If your phone doesn't work after the repair, all they say is "it's the best we can do". And you end up with a phone that's even more damaged than the original fault.

Fone World Merry Hill Shopping Centre. Called in to get a power pack prior to travelling. Brilliant choice and excellent service from knowledgeable guys. Then asked about a battery for my i-Phone. One was fitted in no time. Highly recommended. No hassle!
