Having severe arthritis in my hands i thought this tool would be helpful.
Upon arrival I tried it immediately. It was small and didn't cut very well and no instructions included.
I would like to return this product.

I did not recive anything, firt it took long,I send an email to ask when was the product arriving, that had not even place the Oder, Then I check when the product was arriving and it was left outside the building and got stolen, Now I lost my the money end product, Horrible

Easy ordering and great communication

I waited for this product for over a month. I kept monitoring the tracking number, but it was all over the place, saying it left from Italy (it left from China), and other crazy stuff. I'm pretty sure it's a fake tracking number. Then one day I got a notification that said that the item was delivered to the "mail room" but I live in an independent house. There is no mailroom or "front desk", and sure enough there was no product delivered. I contacted the company and that's when I found out that there are two different tracking numbers, one that says it was delivered on July 17 and another that says it was delivered July 7, and of course, neither is correct because there's no sign of this package and where I live, I always get all my packages with no problems. On the website itself, the order shows as having never left the facility, so I'm left to wonder how poorly they run a business that they have three different and contradictory tracking systems for the same item that probably. never even left their warehouse. I still don't have the product and the company charged me an additional $9 in "tariffs" which I did not authorize, that they added after the fact. Now they are refusing to refund me, and have me dealing with the post office directly instead of trying to track the package themselves (they paid for the postage, they should talk to the post office, not me). So now I don't have the product, I was overcharged an extra $9 that I did not authorize, and I have a job dealing with the post office and trying to figure out which tracking number is the correct one and where this package ended up - if it ever even left their facilities, which, according to their website, it did not. Their customer support keeps telling me it was delivered and to "ask your neighbors and look in the bushes" !!!!! This is not customer service: it's customer taunting. I'll probably never see the product I paid for, but this company should be shut down. That's what you get for buying on Instagram. If I find the influencer that sold me on it, I'll flag them because this is fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY'LL TAKE MORE MONEY THEY YOU AUTHORIZED THEM TO AND THEY WON"T SHIP YOU ANYTHING, JUST SEND YOU RUNNING AROUND LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER EVEN LEFT THEIR FACILITIES.

I ordered glasses and stated that my order has been delivered and yet I never received it. I contacted customer support and they keep telling me it has been delivered and keeps suggesting that I check my post office, neighbors and family members. I have contacted my post office and the tracking number doesn’t exist. I never received my order and they refuse to refund me my money back.

The current mailing system lacks speed. Took too long to clear customs as well.

Haven’t tried the lens out yet but it is attached to the cell phone per instructions and appears to be a solid attachment. That is a plus.

Constant postage updates delivery was exactly what it said it would be delivery turned up undamaged and on time

I haven't used it very long, but the thing that is troubling to me is that it is very heavy and doesn't absorb into your skin quickly.

Really not good. It took forever saying it was in transit from Sweden???
Then it finally said delivered on a date prior to it even being shipped

I want a complete and Immediate refund

The frames surprisingly look great and fit on all of us. The lenses are hard to find the spots in them that actually work for your eyes. They are better that without but make me feel cross eyed and a bit off balance. I will keep them only for emergencies

Product as advertised. Delivery took a month

Shipping for this product took way too long and I wish I knew ahead of time it ships from China. Customer service is fine and would respond to my inquiries on delivery date but shipping took too long. So far, I have not noticed any difference in fine lines/wrinkles. I will continue to use and hope I see a difference.

Products came in about 2 weeks. I’ve been using product for 2 months and not seeing any difference in my skin. I do plan to keep trying.

It goes on nicely and the smell isn't overwhelming. However, I didn't notice any plumbing and it leaves my face feeling oily.... which is disappointing as I typically fight oily skin issues.

Great product! The glasses adjust to your vision as promised! I would definitely buy them again!

Thé glasses in themselves are not that bad at all but in my case, they do not work as my two eyes are not the same strength and one is myopic and the other »presbyte ».
