Avoid
Item did not arrive. Tracking stopped after it allegedly reached the UK. I was then informed that the courier had lost the item and that a replacement would be sent. Shortly after, I was told the courier actually had the item, but the tracking was not updating correctly.
I was assured the issue was being escalated; however, this was over three weeks ago and there has been no update or delivery. I have now asked my bank to investigate.
Additionally, I was initially overcharged, although this was refunded at the time.
