I tried to return this product because it does not work at all for my type of hair. I find out after about 6 emails telling me to video how I am using the product (I refused to do so) that returning it it goes to China. That was not stated on website. I have to pay fees to China? That is expensive and time consuming. The card enclosed with product says "Satisfaction guaranteed". I am not satisfied. I finally was offered to keep the product and get 30% refund ($17.70). Now I have a product I paid $42 for and cannot use. My recommendation is to not buy from this company.

This cordless brush does not work! The Go Pro brush does not get hot enough to have any effect on your hair. I was very disappointed

Cheap price equals cheap product
Have had this a few months but only used it a handful of times and it now will not charge or heat up. Should have followed my instinct that if it’s cheap it is exactly that. Useless.

Though the brush wasn’t for me, I was refunded to my satisfaction and working with customer service was a smooth interaction.

dishonest return policy. dont buy from this company, or under their new name of FLOWN. after 2 months of email arguments, I was offered 30% refund (instead of the 100% refund/satisfaction policy stated), OR I could pay international return shipping to China. the customer is not made aware of this at time of purchase.

Stopped working the third time i tried to use it. Started and heated up, then fied as soon as I picked it up to my hair. Will not restart at all. Tried, no go. Waited, tried no go. Charged, tried, no go. Waited again, tried, no go. Was hoping to use this on a vacation, but it is worthless. Cannot recommend.

If I could give Flown/Numoya a negative star I would. Their customer service is terrible, the phone number has been disconnected or changed. The emails that they do respond I can’t reply to because their “mailbox is full”. No way to get in touch with them.
I bought a GoBrush Pro, waited forever for it to arrive only to find out it wouldn’t take a charge. Was told they would send me a new one and have not received it. Now it is past the return time, I’m at a loss as to what to do next!

I have been using the flown go pro for a while. I have fine chin length hair and it is quite curly. This appliance doesn’t do very much for my hair. I also don’t get any volume. It takes me longer with this than using my flat iron. I always have to use my flat iron to finish it off. My hair goes sliding right through. Maybe if there were more bristles for fine hair it might help. Probably good for shorter thick or coarser hair.

My original brush came after weeks of waiting. When it finally did, it would not charge. Contacted customer support & the first representative had no idea how to help. He closed out my complaint. Contacted again & got numerous apologies from Erica promising to expedite a replacement but I’m still waiting. It’s been over Two months & their fullfillment center has yet to process the order. Does this have something to do with the company name changing from Numoya to Flown & there is a problem with the internal structure of the company? All I want is my replacement that works. Is that too much to ask for???
