Awful service and communication. Having spent over £230 on flowers which looked beautiful on the website, I was very disappointed when these were delivered. They were delivered later than my delivery time and then delivered to the wrong address. The box was damaged and so were a lot of the flowers, I don’t know how long these flowers had been in transit but they didn’t look very healthy on arrival. I also had part of my order missing - having paid for 6 bird of paradise I was sent 1 and this was damaged,these particular flowers cost me just under £40 for the 6 stems. I sent an email to this company and explained the situation. I asked them to contact me with a speedy response and I have yet to hear from them. To say I am disappointed is an understatement as I was wanting to make 3 flower arrangements for 3 graves and unfortunately was not able to do so. I will definitely not be ordering from this company again.

There was a good choice of flowers and they were delivered on time. Most of them were in very good condition and the instructions about caring for the flowers were helpful. Unfortunately a few flowers were almost past their best and therefore can't be used with the others at the Easter weekend. However, on the whole, I was very pleased.

I ordered a lot of narcissus to make posies for church for Mothering Sunday. Unfortunately a lot of the stems were bent when they arrived and were useless for the posies.
I paid a lot of money (£156. ) and I’m not happy .

I ordered twice from this website. They sent me the wrong flower on my first order, the customer service replied promptly and gave me a promo code. So I decided to give them a second chance, hoping they will prove me wrong.
Unfortunately, the quality of the rose is extremely unsatisfactory.I wish I can post pictures of both my orders to prove how horrible the flowers look.I think you can find better quality in supermarket.
The only good thing is that the delivery is free and the price is reasonable.
Won't recommend this to anyone.

Sadly the stocks I ordered arrived with hardly any blooms so much so they’ve gone in the bin! Three stems had broken heads!
However customer service was amazing, they offered a refund…
I will defiantly use them again…
