Ordered twice but won’t make the same mistake again. First time they substituted my snapdragons with a completely different colour, said they were going to refund but then never did.

Second time I ordered roses and they arrived bashed up and brown, not able to use for the wedding I have on Saturday. Out of pocket twice, better quality from the supermarket

Sadly the flowers arrived in a very poor condition. Missing flower heads, broken stems, brown damaged petals. Certainly not flowers worthy of a wedding bouquet as planned to use for!
Definitely wouldn’t use again as the customer service to resolve this was also poor.

Very helpful with all my enquiries before ordering. Photo on website when shopping showed roses in tight bud whereas when they arrived they were quite open . Had I realised this would have delayed my order by 24 hours. Cannot fault the quality of the flowers however. Much cheaper than ordering flowers through my local florist who quoted over a thousand pounds for items I was able to purchase on this site for £400. This was a one off purchase for my Granddaughter’s wedding. Would highly recommend this company.

Beautiful flowers great service my only complaint is the delivery service arrived later than said 1.5 hours box was a bit battered on the ends unsociable driver asked were he had been as they give you estimated time which somtimes happens no apology opened the box flowers were fantastic but again so disappointed about 5 heads off my carnations were broken so not the supplier the courier service 2 star

Excellent speedy service. Flowers arrived in superb condition.

Order never arrived. I needed them by today and was told to contact them if I didn't get them. No communication from them at all and no update from courier. I have had to try source flowers from somewhere else last minute which has been very stressful. Will be contacting bank for full refund. First time ordering and definitely the last.

Very disappointed to see 2/4 of my flowers unusable and dead.

I pre-ordered flowers for my wedding, and they were absolutely perfect. Communication leading up to placing the order was very fast and clear. Will definitely use again for future events.

I urgently needed flowers and put my order through on Subday evening. I got a message on Monday that the flowers would be sent out next day and I received them this morning- they look great and I am really impressed with the service - first class!

I need flowers for my Nephew’s wedding. From the pre-ordering to the ordering I was helped by Shankar. My delivery came later than expected and apart from the cornflowers where a few were damaged, all the flowers were perfect. I think the cornflowers were damaged by the DHL delivery guy as he delivered them with the box in an upright position with the flowers upside down. The cornflowers were at the bottom with the heads bent over.

The customer service team were immediately responsive when I had questions, they explained the pre order process clearly and my order was placed and delivered with ease. The courier delivered to the exact time and more importantly the quality of flowers was exceptional. The selection of flowers available was excellent for February and I would definitely buy from them again when I have another event.

After trying to source some foliage for a Hawaiian lei to put on a close relatives coffin, I had a fantastically considerate, efficient and kind person - Shankar - help me through my order, step by step. Checking in with me to make sure I had what I needed. This was beyond good customer service, this was exceptional, above and beyond care. My order arrived in time and I’m pleased with the foliage they provided.
