We have used Flow-Right for new boiler installs in two rental properties and for the annual boiler service and gas safety assessment thereafter. The quality of service is always immaculate and we have had zero complaints over a period of 6 or 7 years. We are so lucky to have found Holly and Steve and they set the standard for all other trades to live up to.

Flow-right installed my boiler some years ago - Steve’s work was over and above my expectations, he did a great job for us. Would highly recommend Flow-Right Heating & Gas. Holly and Steve has been very professional from the first contact. The quote to replace and move a boiler was very competitive. Holly handles communication very effectively. Steve did a fabulous installation of the boiler and moved the cylinder and all other parts to the new location. On the day when we asked him to move a few more pipes, he just cracked on and got it done.Steve left the job clean and tidy. We had an issue with the boiler due to another plumber intrducing air into the system. Steve was quick to respond - he came out on a Saturday as soon as we mentioned the issue to him and fixed it staright away.

After being ripped off by my builder, it was a pleasure to deal with people like Holly and Steve. Apart from being highly professional throughout the whole process of removing and installing our new boiler, they were also honest with their pricing and did everything they quoted for plus more.

Having read reviews over several sites and liking what I read I decided to give Flow-Right a call regarding a fault with our Worcester boiler. Holly as the first point of contact was very friendly and helpful and sent Steve out to diagnose the fault the same afternoon. Having already had 2 boiler firms out to look at the boiler with both not able to give any answers, Steve was straight to work and found several issues one of which was quite concerning. Written quotes were sent out same day with options to repair or replace the existing boiler with several different boiler options given. We opted to have the boiler replaced and we’re given a date just 2 days later. Steve arrived promptly and the work was carried out quickly leaving no mess behind, they even take care of all the registration paperwork. I cannot fault the excellent professional service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Flow-Right to anybody.

Steve services my boiler every year and does a safety check on the gas fire. This time he was trouble shooting a few problems with the central heating system (installed by someone else years ago). As ever, he was prompt, efficient, thorough and friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. It's great when you feel you can really trust someone!

Steve fitted our boiler a few years ago and we use him every year for the service. I have never known someone so passionate about his job and listened to what we wanted, the price was competitive and although it was a slightly tricky job as the boiler had to be replaced and moved, the job was done quickly and cleanly. I have already recommended them to my friends! It's easy to book an appointment with Holly who replies very quickly making it completely hassle free!

Having an email address made Flow Right really easy to contact. They visited to provide advice on a boiler replacement, followed by a written offer, with different boiler options outlined.
We were then able to book a date within a week for the boiler to be replaced. This included Worcester-Bosch warranty registration and disposal of the old parts.

When my daughter’s old gas boiler broke down during this very cold January weather, she needed a fast, reliable and trustworthy service to come to her rescue. This is exactly what Flow Right provided. They were superb from start to finish: the whole process from quote to completion of the work was undertaken in a very timely and professional manner and went very smoothly indeed. Within just two days of calling them they were able to arrange for the supply and installation of a new boiler. Steve arrived exactly on time and carried out the work with great care and attention to detail, even going above and beyond to rectify issues caused by the original installer of the old boiler. The heating system is now up and running, and keeping the house warm more efficiently than ever before!

I would recommend Steve and Holly from Flow Right, and the service they provide to all without hesitation. My aged mother was experiencing problems with her boiler, they prioritised her call-out and within 48 hours had fitted a new Worcester gas boiler and radiator. Their communication was excellent throughout and professional first class.

Everything about the service and advice provided by Steve and Holly has been excellent.They are prompt to respond to enquiries and very pleasant to deal with.
