EXCELLENT & EFFICIENT

M’y daughter needed a new boiler and enquiring through the Bosch website, I received a very prompt reply from Flow-Right. Holly arranged for Steve to call round the next day to check on what was required, and we received a quote that same evening. This was accepted and a date arranged for the works to be carried out. Steve was punctual and tidy and completed the removal of the old hot water tank and the re-siting of the new boiler in the timescale he had given us. The waste was removed and recycled shortly after he had left.

I have used Flowright for Boiler services since 2015.
Having moved to a new property, Steve fitted a new boiler and has serviced it each year. A new radiator has been fitted today. No fuss , No mess , on time and reliable. A great team and constant communication regarding appointment details. Always accommodating. Would highly recommend .

Really efficient from the booking of the appointment, to the completion of the work. We have used Flow Right several times and would highly recommend. Steve was both prompt and polite when we originally had our quote (via Worcester's website) for a new boiler.

Whilst we had another couple of quotes, Flow Right not only came out the cheapest, where the most professional of the three quotes we received.

Once we decided to proceed with Flow Right, they where able to bring our installation forward at very short notice after our old boiler (that was on it's last legs) finally gave up the ghost.

The actual installation was both quick and professional with the old boiler and packaging not only removed but recycled.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Flow Right Heating & Gas.

Holly and Steve were so very helpful right from my first enquiry, offering a quote the same day and giving me three options to choose from. Steve installed the new boiler quickly and efficiently leaving everywhere clean and tidy. I highly recommend them, don't think you'll find better service anywhere. Holly communicated quickly and politely with me and she dealt with all the paperwork for registering the boiler.

We had a new Worcester boiler and radiator fitted. The quote process was quick and efficient, and installation quickly arranged. Steve was neat and tidy, staying way past home time to get the hive working, and when it wouldn’t kept in touch to see if we had managed to, before changing it the day after.

Steve fitted a new boiler for us and some other jobs around the house and worked so hard to get it done and get us up and running with hot water as soon as he could. He was prompt, tidy and I would definitely recommend Flowright. I’ve just had a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler installed by Flow Right. From start to finish the process was quick and efficient. I spoke to Holly at the office and she was able to promptly arrange a quote which was provided promptly and at a competitive price.
