I have been using Flow-Right Heating and Gas Services for many years now, and they've consistently delivered excellent service. Steve has completed three boiler installations for me, carried out regular landlord gas safety checks, and responded promptly to emergency call-outs.

He has done a fantastic job at all the properties, including my own home. The work is always of high quality, and the pricing is very reasonable.

I would highly recommend Flow-Right to anyone looking for reliable and professional heating and gas services.

Steve is a fantastic engineer, does a thorough job and leaves everything as he found it. The communication from the company is top drawer, including a reminder of when the service is due. Steve installed my boiler several years ago, and has serviced it every year since. Honestly, cannot recommend Steve and Holly highly enough.

Flow-Right fitted my new Worcester Bosch Boiler. Steve was polite and friendly, worked quickly and cleared up after himself. Also arranged to get the old boiler and rubbish collected when he finished. Overall a great professional service from Steve and Holly who arranged the quote and visit. Flow Right Heating & Gas provides good service. Steve is knowledgeable and punctual, and Holly handles bookings efficiently. They’ve installed boilers and heating systems with no major issues over the years. While the company is reliable and friendly, there’s room for improvement in overall experience. Decent option for local heating needs.

Just had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed by Steve of Flow Right Heating and Gas. An excellent experience all round. Steve did a lovely job. He was polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. Clearly explaining everything. Also grateful thanks to Holly, his wife, for sorting out appointments etc.

I've used the services of Flow Right for a number of years now, for my own house and my rental properties. Admin and appointments etc handled by Holly and Steve carries out installs and services. Always found them reliable, knowledgeable and thorough. Their work is still mainly traditional gas systems but Steve is also qualified on heat pumps.

We have used Flow-right I found them from Worcester Bosch website to replace our old boiler. Steve the engineer did the good job for installation and Holly is informative and supportive in quotation and product information enquiry. They are the best team. After installing the boiler, they arranged the disposal of metal scrap, chemical and carton respectively. And also they offered a competitive good price to us. All boxes were checked. I wonder why there're no six stars to rate. We will use them again and recommend to the people.
