Penny who I dealt with when booking my park tickets was an absolute superhero ✨ she talked me through the different options available to me after I told her which parks I wanted to do. She really is a true credit to the Floridatix team and I wouldn't go anywhere else to book my tickets

What brilliant service!
Sarah was so kind and helpful when I wanted to change our Universal tickets to include Disney. She went out of her way to make sure everything was correct, including calling to speak to me directly, and messaging me out of hours, about how to fix our tickets in the most cost effective way. Hugely appreciate her time and effort.
I was anxious about paying such large sums of money to a third party online, but Sarah was genuinely happy to help and reassure me.
I now have our Disney and Universal passes linked to the mobile app and can look forward to our family holiday.
Can thoroughly recommend FloridaTix after my excellent experience dealing with them. Thank you!

Universal Express Passes
I called up to discuss express passes for Universal - Sarah was so helpful, she checked everything for me, suggested what would be best as this is my first time booking and made it really easy to book. I would recommend them to anyone looking to book!

floridaTix came in cheapest
I had looked around floridaTix came in at best price for discovery cove and universal tickets it was quick and easy got my discovery cove tickets maybe 2 days after I payed and universal tickets had confirmation email and I think I get them 32 days before hoilday so very happy saved money no hassle would defo use them again

So easy to use website. Tickets do simple to verify at the will-call. Don’t wait until you up to USA as it is too expensive this is your best option.
AVOID - book direct
Booked tickets several days ago. almost £5k. Paid extra for "peace of mind guarentee" which includes
"Free Amendments"

Bought fast passes for some theme parks in Orlando and paid extra to include all rides. Arrive at park and Florida fix had only sent basic package on the parks system. Despite me having confirmation and receipt nothing park could do as Florida tix had only paid them for basic. Florida tix were closed at this point so had to pay for the upgrade again. Contacted their customer services several times to have the difference refunded only to be ignored

I had an medical emergency and could not fly to orlando, I ask if I could get the ticket as I booked 3 events booked as in credit/voucher for another trip. (Which other company's have done) all they said was no, and the customer service agent was rude and very short. If you are look to do book events to orlando go with the other company available. Trust me.
Awful customer service and poor processes.
I purchased tickets for the Busch gardens Halloween event for the 28th of September. The issues started there as I was sent tickets for sea world…twice!
Then my partner and I finally got the right tickets and went to the park, only to find out that the event wasn’t running. Even though we checked through the parks website (as instructed by Florida tix) and booked them for the specific date.
I got in touch to say I was disappointed and just wanted to have the cost of the tickets returned as we cannot use them.
The response has been disgusting, claiming they have made no error and will not be returning the cost of the tickets, even though they messed up on the order twice and advertised an incorrect date.
To be transparent, apparently we brought any day tickets (which I didn’t know or want) but we only had the 28th available to use them before we head home.
I expected a much smoother journey and far more positive outcome to what I thought was a fairly straightforward issue. Matthew from the team has been particularly underwhelming by saying that they won’t be helping and sending me copy and paste snippets of the fine print that say they can screw you out of money.
Do not use this organisation, they will not support you if you have any issues.
First Class from start to finish
I was a little apprehensive dealing with a company i had not heard of and my travel agent said she hadn't either, however, my agent was £2k more when i asked her to source tickets.
After i did my research i came across FloridaTix and Penny from FloridaTix was first class from the moment i made contact with them regarding the attraction tickets.. Penny sorted the exact attractions we wanted to do, with lunch included in the cost for some of them, and huge discounts for shopping in Florida Mall.
I have no idea why everyone else was so much more expensive, the tickets were easy to use and uploaded to the necessary attraction app which also allowed you extras. First class from start to finish.
My family & I will be visiting Florida…
My family & I will be visiting Florida for the first time in October. We’re keen to fit in as many attractions as possible & wanted to have the tickets sorted out before we arrive. Jennie has been unbelievably helpful & patient. We now have all the tickets for our top attractions. I’m so happy we booked through FloridaTix.

Couldn't make our Kennedy Space Centre…
Couldn't make our Kennedy Space Centre reservation because our cruise was late arriving into Port Canaveral, so completely out of our control. We let FloridaTix know about our late arrival as soon as we were informed by the cruise company, i.e., the day before the reservation, and they would not provide either a refund or a credit note.
Highly recommend
I’ve used Floridatix for many years and have great confidence in them to provide a great, no worry experience at the best price. Will continue to use them for years to come. Highly recommend.
Do not bother with the peace of mind protection
I had to cancel my booking, I was told I would receive my refund in 30 days time. A couple days before the 30th day I emailed to check it’s on its way to me to be met with vague replies such as “hopefully it will be there” etc… 33 days later after I finally receive my refund. I paid for peace of mind protection which ensures it’s back in 30 days and this was confirmed further in emails from the company to me. I had to chase up and email back a few times during this and when I requested a refund for the protection they completely avoided it and just told me they had paid me on the 12th of June. I cancelled on the 11th of may yet the invoice stated it was the 15th of may, either way I’m shocked they left it so late to pay me back when the protection I paid for meant I should be paid back within 30 days… they actioned it.. and they knew there’s handling fees.
Email replies are also vague and not always helpful.
Personally i would avoid
Personally i would avoid. We bought tickets (with a protection guarantee for cancellation- things can happen you know- which was £50). We were then emailed the next day to advise they don’t offer protection guarantee and that this will be removed. We then requested a cancellation/refund as the purpose of buying tickets via this platform was due to them offering this cancellation protection giving the tickets were over £2,500, it’s a lot to lose if you can’t make it. Refused refund so have sent a reply back stating the above and that you can’t advertise to offer protection then randomly email customers the next day, just remove it then say no to refunds. Many customers look for this when placing orders of such a large amount. If no refund we will be requesting a chargeback as highlight to them in a reply email. By the looks of it, it’s a common theme issues with refunds throughout trust pilot. Many people may leave it but we will follow up and take the necessary action that is required to obtain our refund. - we will update TP accordingly.
Just returned from 2 weeks in Florida
Just returned from 2 weeks in Florida, tickets were easy to exchange, had no problems. Fantastic price, was very happy. Will definitely use company again and recommend it.
