When one of our party became hospitalised and couldn’t make it, they went over and above to help us and ensure we were able to be refunded as per their generous t’s and c’s as well as other things he I got in a pickle with as I was quite distraught.
They were knowledgeable and so helpful.
I thoroughly recommend this great business. So reliable and caring. And cheaper too!

Dealing with Your Ticket Genie was a perfect experience from start to finish for me. I had never dealt with the company before as always used other Mainstream Florida Ticket Companies in the past (5 previous visits). After reading all the positive social media posts and reviews on Facebook about YTG, I decided I would give them a try & they had competitive pricing for their tickets (no silly inflated pricing and then so called sale pricing). . All went fantastic. Great communications from their team. Email confirmations of purchases (giving confidence for a first time user of them). Detailed instructions from them on how to redeem tickets with their vouchers etc.. They answered any questions I had in a very timely manner & I found them very responsive. When we arrived in Orlando with our YTG Universal Ticket Codes - it was all very straightforward and we were able to redeem the codes with the Universal Desk in the Lobby of the Hotel (Doubletree Hilton near Entrance to Universal) & had our tickets in our hands before we left the hotel to visit the parks. Great overall service from Your Ticket Genie. I highly recommend them base on my experience & I will definitely consider using them again on my next trip. Thank you Your Ticket Genie Team. Booked our trip to Orlando 12 months ago and I had been watching ticket prices from various sites trying to get the best deal. The main one people recommended were known for their Black Friday sale but on checking they actually increased their prices slightly beforehand so you thought you were getting a good deal whereas Ticket Genie advertise that their prices are consistently low without any special deals and it was true they were still cheaper than the main competitors ‘special’ deals. Easy process not a problem collecting tickets. Would definitely use again.

Always the cheapest
Always the cheapest - I’m not sure why anyone is booking anywhere else. I do think their website could be a little more user friendly, but amazing prices and brilliant customer service. I called them to ask a question, and they answered within seconds and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Great pricing, helpful, speedy and knowledgeable
We purchased Florida park tickets through Your Ticket Genie all of which was with ease and at a good price. We initially found them mentioned on various social media forums and they certainly live up to reviews. Shortly before our holiday we had a medical emergency which meant the trip couldn’t take place. During a very stressful time Tracy was so quick to deal with it so we had no further worry which was such a relief. Our booking was held then, when in a position rebook, it was done swiftly along with advice on park changes for the new year of booking. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service and would certainly use them again.
Obviously circumstances may not allow them to be able to ‘hold’ all bookings the way ours was but I’ve no doubt that their team would do everything they possibly can.
