***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*** Long, long history of going bust (owing £thousands to customers for undelivered goods - I know first hand, I lost £1800 in 2017 when they were called Flooring Republic) before re-emerging as a new company with new name but same store/same stock/same staff. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Wish there was an option for zero stars or even minus.

After 2 years I am still waiting for a refund on a carpet that I bought before they were bought out. And that is despite emailing them EVERY WEEK.

Great customer service & good quality flooring!
I have nothing but good words to say about Floors Today.
I purchased laminate flooring before Christmas and have recently ordered their luxury laminate flooring, which looks fantastic and the quality is of a good standard. Also, their price is very competitive.
I have dealt with Jamie on both occasions, and he has been so helpful. After worrying that my new flooring may not turn up on time, big thanks to Jamie for contacting the supplier daily and making sure my order came on time. Thank you!

Don’t trust these guys with your money !!!! Still owed £500 from February. Filled out all forms sent out hundreds of emails but still nothing . Disgusting behaviour. Waited long enough now another visit to the shop needed !!!! Since been to the shop and been told won’t be getting my money back even though I didn’t receive any goods!!!! Time too make things difficult for them !!!!!!

Beware.Long history of going bust and reopening, same people different shop name. Taylor Grange Ltd was the parent company based in Birmingham. The directors of that outfit are the ones who need pursuing for unpaid refunds and debts.

Paid for flooring in Feb 2020 and still have not received a refund. The salesmen claimed the deal was only today and so was pressured into purchasing it all. Spent £1000 on flooring for my new house and went without any flooring for months and months without any update or refund. Kept using the customer service line and email, but no replies. I was then informed they have been taken over by Floor Giants (Newport Road and Cowbridge Road) however Floor Giants are also a con as they keep claiming they are/aren't successors to the business yet I have no refund. Every time we call the manager fobs us off yet again however we then see them selling 'administration sale' products which belong to those who have not received the goods or a refund!! Please do not buy from Floor Giants. These limited companies 'go bust', take money and repeat!

PS: there are about 100 other people in the same situation and stuck with no refunds with their other branches so this applies to all.

Hi has anyone been refunded ? We purchased flooring in March 20 for over £1000. We have completed refund forms with now called Floor Giant in Newport who have taken over premises and stock and who is dealing with Floor Today refunds.We have chased emails with no response..

This company is basically a bunch of criminals. I started county court action against them earlier this year to get refunded for wood flooring I purchased, which wasn't fit for purpose. The Carpenter refused to fit it as it was warped. They blamed my property and refused a refund. Then lockdown started and they now appear to have changed hands, so lost the money and have a garage half full of useless flooring.

I was told by someone that they have a long history of this type of behaviour. The company directors are basically a bunch of crooks.

Stay well clear of these criminals - there's plenty of other suppliers out there who won't steal from you.

I paid for a vilnal flooring which was 29.99 sq meter(was not mentioned anywhere on the product or receipt) I had to ask that how come you charged me this much and the person replied oh it was 29.99 per meter but I rounded it up to £30.....anywayss the worst bit is not that, the fitting is horrible charged £60 for 1x1.5 meter toilet and its not even straight have bubbles and corners are cut too short.. Would not recommend

Floors today have been taken over and started to trade again. They are accepting forms for a full refund of outstanding purchases. Visit your Floors today and fill out the form

I have paid £532 for flooring in my house in March 2020. Then lock down started . Now all shops are closed and no one attending customer service number. They have no intention to pay back. Could any one help where should I contact to get an update.

Paid £639.00 deposit for some flooring on 7 March 2020. They closed down and it appears they have no intention of reopening or honouring their commitments.

Floors today Bridgend rip off scum bags , ordered and paid for 3 carpets for my new flat and nothing arrived , £380 down the pan , Hope the owners and there family’s get covid 19 and die in utter pain , only a miracle will help the shop once it reopens I will make there working life hell there , SCUM

Fake company, will take your money and run.

Can’t get hold of them at all. We bought flooring from them in Feb this Year, they accidentally sold it someone else despite charging us for it. Then when the lockdown was implemented Instead of contacting us they disconnected their phone line, refuse to update their webpage and ignore us, it may be hard for everyone but at least being reachable with social media and technology shouldn’t be an issue for any company.

I made 2 purchases amounting to over £1000 in February, lockdown starts... nothing from the company regarding delivery. Sent the same email multiple times, no reply, and reached out on social media but still no reply. I say to myself OK, we are all struggling, let's give them a week or so. 1 month later and still no contact & their email no longer works, they don't answer the phone. 2 months later, 3 months later... still no contact. I was forced to purchase from someone else and now out of pocket. Luckily I paid with a credit card so I will get my money back... no idea if they are bust or what. There is zero excuse leaving a customer waiting for that long. I was lucky that I have the resources to get my money back but it's not fair on others who don't!

I purchased classic life flooring from floors today costing £940 February 2019it had a 25 year guarantee what a joke by this February the flooring is buckled cracked huge pieces have broken off. I contacted them-in February 2020 someone was supposed to call me and look at it still waiting no one answers a phone the local store is supposed to be a different company now !! They refuse to do anything WE WANT A FULL REFUND they should have trading standards look at their products as they are unfit for purpose.

I went into the shop wanting to purchase the managers special floor but found out that it wasn't being stocked. I suggest removing the offer from the shop floor. Jamie and Max were really helpful and found me an alternative floor and cut me a great deal. The floor was ordered and I had it by the day I needed it. The only thing was that I had to call to find out if the floor arrives or not as no one let me know. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Purchased floor and arranged delivery 4 or 5 times and they were a no show. Then because delivery was too much for them to get their heads around they managed to come and put a temporary floor down. Eventually the floor id purchased was delivered only for them to not turn up to fit it 🤦🏻‍♂️, this happened about 6 times before we decided to get a refund. Had to chase them for months then to get the refund returned.
If i didnt have to give a star i wouldnt, the company is that bad. Check the other bad reviews and youll get a true picture of what a terrible company this is. If you dont want stress in your life steer clear......... absolute useless and thats putting it mildly
