Ik bestelde en BETAALDE online een tafel en kreeg een bericht dat de betaling niet was ontvangen terwijl deze meteen is afgeschreven!

Vreemd genoeg was er geen enkele manier vermeld in de mail om in contact te komen. Ik heb zelf moeten zoeken via facebook. Op de website staat alleen een postadres in Londen?!!!

Maar ook geen gehoor telefonisch, nooit terug gebeld, via de mail van benelux hetzelfde liedje. NOOIT IETS BESTELLEN HIER!

Received the delivery of a sofa with termites. Purchase was for our beach house. I realized the issue returning back to Turkey after an extended period of stay in overseas. 2 years Guarantee coverage happened to expire one month prior to reporting to the company. Vivense took no responsibility and shot off the communications and kept pushing the expiration of the guarantee coverage.
I felt lucky to arrive back home on time before termite spreading other parts of the house such as my kitchen cabinets and hardwood floor. Cheap business and has no respect to clients consumer rights and safety with delivering sofa in such condition.

It is an amateur company who is not care of customers. Delivery is never done.

Worst furniture company ever!! Wardrobes arrived broken - asked for a replacement panel that took 6 weeks to come. Drawers don’t fit and just fall off the rails - the whole thing looks like it’s going to collapse. Having to now buy new wardrobes from elsewhere as they were for my daughter’s room and are just highly unsafe. Looks like they have gone under which is great news as selling absolute rubbish!!

In fact I wouldn’t even have any star. They owe my refund of £600 over and yet to received it. How can I ask for any assistance if they don’t even have any contact to the shop, customer service not in service & ding dong through emails! So bad! And I still haven’t got my refund to this day!

I have sent email as received my table and just after 4 months is damaged and apparently company is not longer existing. Do not buy anything from them scam

I bought my dream wardrobe everything went well but when receiving the goods one of the packages were damaged on arrival so took pictures and sent them back not too bad communication but was told I would have to wait weeks for that on pack so I ask if I could receive a discount they accepted and offered me £60 so I waited until my joiner had put the wardrobe up to see if it was on show and it wasn’t so I accepted but after months of waiting and lots of emails being ignored I finally got to purchase the goods with my voucher as they didn’t give me the discount in cash but then waiting weeks for the goods to arrive I emailed them which they finally got back and said the goods were out of stock still waiting for my voucher or any contact from them
I’m so so very disappointed with this company and normally I have nothing to complain about but this could not go un noticed

Ridiculous
Purchased Great Gable 2 Sliding Wardrobe (MF5-118) and it came with no instructions. When customer services were contacted not only were they not helpful but they didnt offer much if a solution to the struggles experienced with erecting the product. Also the fixtures aren't compatible with the wardrobe. To say I was disappointed with the product and aftercare is an understatement.

I bought Mia 6 door wardrobe and i have no instructions with it. How the hell am i suppose to build it?HELP

Ordered a tv unit in September 2023, still not received it and no responses to our emails. Avoid this company.

I have had such an awful experience with this company. DO NOT BUY. Wardrobes arrived damaged, so they sent out new parts which took 6 weeks. This set was also damaged so they sent out a further replacement which took another 6 weeks. This second replacement was also damaged. Said they would send a third replacement, but 6 weeks later have cancelled this and have not responded in 2 months. I have ask for a refund, or even a part refund which they will not do. I am stuck with danaged wardrobes. Absolutely shocking and ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices and pictures.

Ordered an item of furniture. Most of it came damaged. Contacted them and they were brilliant said they would send replacements. Never received and now I can’t get any answer. So I’m stuck with a unit with loads of damaged bits.

Wardrobe doors do not fit whatsoever. I waited around 8 weeks for it to arrive and then they arrived smashed. Put it together, waited another 6 weeks for the new doors to arrive and they do not fit at all. They wont even close. The company is not responding to me!

Avoid at all costs, doesn’t clarify whether it’s open or closed. Our third time here and everytime we came we paid for congestion. AVOID TURKISH SOFA STORES- Trust me. Please look at other reviews and how terrible and unprofessional this company is.

I purchased 4 items in the same order at August. One item need to replace some parts, 2 items need to full refund. But i wait and email to them in the past 4 months, it is no use for me to get the replacement parts or refund money. So, I wrote an review in here a month ago. Vivenselondon did replied my review and told me they will follow the issue, btw, i wrote another 4 emails to them in the past few weeks but still no any replied or feedback. Feel regret to order from this company. And I think I will lost around GBP700 on this order......

I Think this company is a scam. I paid for 2 side tables and what was delivered was 1 completely wrong side table that looked nothing like the table ordered. The other was so wonky it could not be used at all, two of the 4 legs are higher by far so it sits at a sharp angle. When I emailed customer service they said they would send new ones. That was in Sep 2023, was told 6-7 weeks to deliver. Followed up only to receive an auto response saying they cant take any new orders. It's a scam, they'll take your money.

Cancelled order and we are still awaiting refund to our account some 8 weeks after cancellation - no response to emails or Wattsap messages - terrible communication- would never use again or recommend
