The sales team was so helpful. They sent me in real life pictures of the flooring I wanted. This helped on massively on the selection process. Great communication from the team overall.

I placed the order for a customer of mine and what turned up was nothing like the sample she was sent.
She has now had to purchase an alternative from a local supplier as she’s in the middle of a refurb.
She is now stuck with the packs from Floor Monster as they won’t collect them or refund her

Hi David,
Thank you for your feedback however we would refute some of the claims as having spoken to your team we were advised the customer liked the colour and was been priced on another area with the same floor. We are aware the customer is not keen on the knots of the flooring which are shown in the images.
We have advised the unopened packs can be returned for a refund less the cost of the transport back to us as there is no fault with the actual product and is as expected and the same as the website

Great product
Great product, great customer service. Delivery was nearly £40 for them to just leave on a pallet outside in the rain. Flooring is beautiful though!

HI Jess thank you for your feedback and great to hear the flooring is looking well. Delivery is £36 anywhere in the UK and we only book the deliveries on the dates stipulated by the customer and all deliveries are kerbside delivery
Really let me down as they booked…
Really let me down as they booked delivery date for today 5th March and as a result i organised my joiner to come and fit the floor tomorrow 6th March. I took a day off work to be home for the delivery, heard nothing all morning so i contacted them and was was told it is to be delivered today and i will get a call 1 hour before. Again heard nothing all afternoon so contacted them again at 3.30pm to be told its not coming until tomorrow (im not holding my breath) so now im going to be paying a joiner to fit nothing! really not good enough

Hi Jason thank you for your feedback, I have looked into this and as per the information provided to you already delivery has already been sorted for tomorrow morning. We are sorry there was a delay with the goods being delivered to you directly by Quickstep but as explained they did not account for the fact your postcode was in a 2-day area rather than next-day delivery and therefore are delivering now tomorrow morning. We did share the email chain with you from Quickstep and regretfully have to rely on the information given to us by Quickstep as they were delivering your order rather than our haulier. Thanks

Poor quality, worst experience
We have recently bought the cladding for our stairs, I must say is very cheap quality for money we paid for that Kit .
Paid over £700 and quality is very poor .
There is other competitors that have better product this is cheap laminate.
They don’t have bullnose treads and riser .
Will never buy from them again.

Hi Nikolae, thank you for your feedback but we would refute this claim that our products are cheap laminate. The laminate stair sets are very clearly a laminate product, we also do not claim to sell any bullnose treads or risers. Our stairsets are for straight enclosed steps. You can of course fashion your own bullnose for an open step with an offcut or by using an additional step.
You have not been in touch to make any complaint on the product nor have we any evidence to back up this claim they are very competitively priced laminate stairsets.

Overall a really good experience with floor monster. Customer service was great, delivery was so fast and the lvt flooring looks amazing. Highly recommend!!

Great customer service
Really impressed with this firm. We placed an order for some wood but found out a few hours later that the shipment was delayed. Peter sent out a load of samples so we could match the current flooring we have and we found one. Simple and smooth process. Replies to all my emails were dealt with promptly. Will definitely be using these guys again. Thanks

One pack of flooring was damaged by transport company and by replacing it, they were efficient and immediate of replacement. Very satisfied and pleased with this company.
