Be careful of sizes advertised. Not what I expected. Check sizing carefully.
My Havainas arrived well in time and were the colour and pattern I was hoping for. However, I was disappointed to discover (after removing the security labels, so too late to return them) that my so advertised UK size 8 which is usually EU42 was in fact EU 43/44. The confusing part is that the flip flops have 41/42 on the back of the sole but on closer inspection show the USA and EUR sizes further up. I don't think it was fair to advertise these as UK8 when they are closer to size 9 or 10. I'll wear them but not the best experience of my first Havainas or the Flip Flop Shop. Wish I could publish a photo of them to show what I mean.

If you have not used teh flip flops outside we are happy to process an exchange for you. On our website we a really detailed explanation of Havaianas sizing as the Brazilian sizes look very much like Euro sizes and can lead to confusion.

DREADFUL Ordered 8th June paid next day delivery…
Ordered 8th June paid next day delivery to collection point near me... Was emailed 9th to say collect after 16:30 then was told collection point not suitable so had to arrange delivery to house.... for Friday 10th got an email Friday 10th saying delivered tracked it ..not delivered picture from driver not my house....rang Fliflop said they would look into it.... Promised delivery Friday P.m. driver would be back... Got a call FROM DPD saying same... waited till 21.30 still no delivery.. None Sat... none Sunday .. now Monday 13th and still no parcel.... Took me 50 mins to get through to Flitflop ...trying to trace it...DPD saying its in depot and don't know when they can deliver it .. absolute Joke....

I was able to order easily and received my order promptly.
The flipflops look good and are comfortable to wear.
The only gripe I have, is the sole is made of a hard plastic, which offers very little grip. They are slippery on hard surfaces as well as carpet. I don't feel confident wearing them, which is a shame. You live and learn.
