FLEXIA FITNESS FRAUDSTERS
Just to echo everyone else on here. I had the same issue, package didn’t arrive, after chasing they said they’d send it out again via next day courier, but it still didn’t arrive, after Christmas passed I requested a refund which they said they would action within 5-7 business days, when that didn’t appear I chased again and have heard nothing since.
For info - I am with Barclays. I disputed the transaction on the app. When going through the process, it prompted me to ‘block the recurring payment’ that has been set up! (I had no idea!).
Barclays have refunded me my money within 3 hours! So worth looking into with your banks if you didn’t pay on credit card.
Robbing bastards!!

Total Scam and beware possiblity of ongoing payments
Same as everyone else on here. Item didn't arrive, I have contacted company but after reading others' experiences I don't expect to hear anything.
BEWARE - if you paid with Pay Pal. I found that Flexia Fitness had set up an automatic payment, which I have now cancelled. A month has not passed since my purchase so no further payment has been taken, but there was the possibility they could.

Item not received. Promised a refund- never got it. How the Hell can these people get away with this. So disappointed, especially after seeing reviews with similar issues.

Do not order...
Do not order.... scam.... they claim they sent out two lots after the first one didnt arrive. 2nd one sent with a spurious tracking number from fed ex which went to another address in the city and not related to my order. Did manage to get a refund via paypal.....

Furious at falling for a scam company, left without one of the kids big presents for Christmas. Ordered beginning of December, nothing arrived. Company kept saying “missed delivery” but would give no delivery company details. Product still hasn’t arrived, they’ve stopped replying to emails and as of yet no refund.
